Cryo Tubes 2D Codes Scanner
Anděl, František ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis concerns the design and construction of a prototype two-dimensional code scanner placed at the bottom of cryotubes, which are stored in a cryogenic rack in the SBS (Society for Biomolecular Sciences) format. The theoretical section discusses the design and use of cryotubes, storage systems, and marking methods. It also describes the existing scanning methods, anti-fogging solutions, optical sensors, electromechanical elements and gears, microcontrollers, and single-board computers. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to the design of the mechanical structure and production of a prototype using 3D printing. This is followed by testing the functionality of the solution for collecting code images of sufficient quality and designing a solution for transferring the code image to the computer.
The Study of Control of Continous Flows with Using of Products Identification
Dvořáková, Alena ; Skyva, Aleš (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Master´s thesis analyses current methods and procedures of storing and marking of goods of Disk obchod & technika, spol. s.r.o. company. It includes the proposal of goods identification which leads to the optimizing of continuous flows from the point of view of both simplification and acceleration of work and simpler and more accurate ways of goods identification. The proposal is related to the choice of appropriate method of goods identification and the selection of particular type of barcodes, including the necessary hardware.
Optimization of Goods Flow
Jochec, Tomáš ; Drahanský, Tomáš (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This thesis deals with an optimization of goods flow in a store. In detail, the work provides information about technology of the automatic goods identification using barcode and RFID, and comparison the barcode and RFID readers.
2D barcode recognition system
Sedlář, Martin ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Petyovský, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with 2D barcode reading. At the beginning a brief overview of the most used barcodes is shown. The work mainly deals with QR codes. Their structure, composition and rules for encoding and decoding are explained. Problems with arrangement of photographic scene are solved too. C++ algorithm for QR code reading is described with usage of the OpenCV library.
