Title: Management of sport's event Jihlavská 24 MTB Objective: The aim of this work, mainly based on the analysis of the event Jihlavská 24 MTB 2013, is to introduce running of twenty-four-hour event type. With selected methods will be developed project proposal for organization of the event in 2014, which will be focused on the proposed changes. Methods: document analysis, semi-structured interview with a member of the organizing team, electronic and written questionnaire to competitors, written questionnaire for the audience, SWOT analysis Results: The event is evaluated as well organizationally managed. The main strengths of this race are its attractiveness, nice background and support of the Jihlava city and the Vysočina region. Among the proposed changes include improved security Wi-Fi connection in the complex and rich accompanying program. Keywords: sport management, questionnaire, 24-hour race, SWOT analysis
