The roof structure of the planetarium.
Vojta, Radek ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Buchta, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of the final thesis was to design and assess timber loadbearing structure of planetarium located in Brno and height of the construction 10 m. Designed building of planetarium consists of dome and hall, which operate separately. The structure is designed from glue laminated timber, solid timber and steel bracing, ridge ring and connecting elements. Building foundations is solved by reinforced anchor blocks fixed to foundation pads, which are connected by foundation strips. Loadbearing structure of the dome consists of arched beams together with purlins and ridge ring. Stability is ensured by 4 fields of cross bracing located between purlins. Loadbearing structure of the hall consists of roof and wall beams connected by frame corners together with roof and wall purlins. In gable walls is structure complemented by columns. Stability is ensured by diagonal and vertical elements situated between wall purlins, which together form a truss system.
The reinforced concrete structure of elementary school
Benešová, Lenka ; Hrubý, Tomáš (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the design and evaluation of the concrete monolithic ceiling slab in the shape of semicircular ring, ribs lining this plate and skylights. The result is static calculation and drawing documentation.
Residential House ERASMUS, Brno
Kolibač, Radek ; Jeneš, Rostislav (referee) ; Podroužková, Božena (advisor)
The objective of this thesis was to design and check typical elements of the 5th storey of monolithic reinforced concrete structure of residential building. Horizontal load-bearing structure consists of a continuous slab of six fields with reinforcing ribs, which are located under the building envelope, bidirectional slab simply supported, further staircase beam and lintels in the corridors and loggias. Vertical structures consist of walls and columns.
Prestressed bridge over the river
Kačer, Karel ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
As the thesis I chose static solving bridging the road. This is a real first-class roads situated near the city Kolín in the Central Region. The bridge will be used to transfer traffic across of local Sendražický stream. At the beginning I determined three main variants of supporting design and then I chose one for more detailed processing. It is a armored concrete slab solidified two prestressed ribs arching spanning 18.3 m The calculation is implemented by software Scia Engeneer in accordance to European standards.
Highway bridge over the II/464 road
Mezera, David ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The content of the thesis is to solve the relocation of the II / 464 road. It is a bridge with one field of post-tensioned concrete. 3 studies were designed, one of which was elaborated within the framework of this thesis. Was selected option no. 3 double plate-grinder construction. The static model was created in Scia Engineer 2.15 and reports were processed manually, according to EC. The effects of wind, snow, acceleration and braking forces have been neglected.
Ceiling slab over the corner windows
Tuchyňová, Andrea ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns design of reinforced concrete ceiling slab with girder above the corner windows. The slab has rectangular floor plan with large opening in the middle. The slab is dimensioned to the ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. The inner forces on the bar model were assessed by force method and were compared with inner forces on spatial model created in Scia Engineering programme.
Static solution of reinforced concrete structure
Mašek, Petr ; Kostiha, Vojtěch (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with study of feasibility of waterpark monolithic reinforced concrete structure with roof terrace. This structure has one underground floor, which has water park utility function and two above ground floors. On the roof is terrace with grass, mobile bar and with space to relax. Subject of this diploma thesis is the main loadbearing frame, which has span 32 m. The structure is assessed according to limit states of valid norms and also takes into account construction stages and time dependent analysis. The structure is calculated on beam and slab-plate structural models. Structural analysis and general drawings are done.
Static analysis of the cross-section of the lock chamber
Skalník, Stanislav ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis deals with static solutions of the lock chamber. Background for this work were static calculations according to safety levels and drawing documentation of the actual structure. Goal is to evaluate the existing solution of the walls and the bottom of the chamber in selected sections based on the internal forces of the wall model created in the SCIA Engineer. Following with global analysis of a nonlinear model reinforced with the main load-bearing reinforcement according to the original design created in the Idea StatiCa Detail. The second part of this work was the design of an alternative solution of the chamber with a type of rib walls with dimensionability verification. Suggestion of the main wall reinforcement and reinforcement of the most stressed rib. Furthermore a comparison with the original solution from the point of view of deformation, material savings and subsequent assessment of the chamber leaching. Static calculations of both variants, drawings of the used reinforcement for the nonlinear model and drawings of an alternative solution containing the shape and schemes of the wall and rib reinforcement are included.
Design of concrete structure of apartment building
Juda, Jaroslav ; Šiška, Radek (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a static part of a project documentation for a two-storey apartment building. This is a design of a monolithic construction of the twostorey building with a non-standard geometric arrangement. The key element is the prestressed beam ceiling above the 1st floor. Internal forces are calculated using the SCIA Engineer software. Reinforcement is designed using the internal forces. Individual parts are assessed for its bearing capacity and limit states of serviceability. Shape drawings and reinforcement drawings are part of the work.
Construction parts and Elements of the of Large transport aircraft Wing structure
Malcová, Alica ; Vaněk, František (referee) ; Juračka, Jaroslav (advisor)
Wings are a complex aircraft structure and must meet various requirements, such as aerodynamic, strength and technological requirements. When designing the wings, great consideration is given to the structure and the materials used. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of the wings of large transport aircraft and its execution. The individual parts of the structure are systematically arranged and explained. The work is divided into certain sections starting with the general requirements for the wing, followed by the choice of materials used, the internal structure, individual elements of the wing and structural hitch of the wing. At the end of the work, I point out the differences and similarities in the construction and materials used for the metal and composite wings. For a better understanding of the issue, the work is supplemented with pictures and a diagram. The appendix of the thesis is a presentation intended for educational purposes.
