Design of Self-Propelled Mower
Zapletálek, Martin ; Paliatka, Peter (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis and design OF self-propelled mower on the grass. The machine is designed for cutting fodder, and their subsequent treatment. Focusing on the vast scope and great hourly output. The design emphasis is on compliance ergonomic rules, easy maintenance and functionality of the machine. For a very innovative features can be seen ejecting the cab, crop spacing on the sides, drive hydraulic cutter bars. In particular, the location of the cabin and boarding colors and folding machine cutter bars during transport. The machine was created to perfect performance, operator comfort, performance focused on large cysts and fluid design.
Design of electrical travel of reaper`s drive unit
Otoupalík, Jan ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of electrical travel for universal mowing machine, which will be controlled remotely. Designed travel has independent wheel drive, the maximum speed of 10 km per hour and can be used in the terrain with a slope of 30°. The thesis deals with the determination the parameters of the travel, design of the possible electrical drive units and design with respect to the stability of the device. Another part of the thesis deals with the design of the travel and describes particular parts of the travel.
Dynamika nože žacího stroje
Kašpar, Václav
Master thesis includes a small description of agricultural mowers. It is about principles of these machines, activity description and about main properties of these machines. Second part of the thesis deals with protection of cutting knife, primarily about rotary mowers. At the end, it analyses behavior of the knife related to the protection , when it hits into a~barrier. The thesis defines the new coefficient K, which represents cutting resistance of a grass and it used for studying dynamic of the knife for various value of K.
Technologie sklizně pícnin
Tejkl, Tomáš
This bachelor thesis describes particular machines and technologies used for harvesting fodder crops, especially focusing on the harvest of raw fodder crops. I gathered information about individual machines from vocational literature and the web pages of producers of agricultural technique. Then, I compared various machine lines for harvesting raw fodder crops. Machine lines are compared according to operating costs. This comparison can be used for deciding which machinery should be chosen for harvesting raw fodder crops. Operating costs and efficiency differ significantly with each used technique.
Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících efektivitu údržby okrasných porostů a parkových ploch při využití malé mechanizace
Mašán, Vladimír
The thesis titled Analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of the maintenance of ornamental vegetation and park areas using small machinery is addressing the issue of evaluation of effects of the factors which determine the performance of deployed equipment. In evaluating the performance of cutting machines, bush cutters, and hedge trimmers we have considered the effects of terrain segmentation and steepness in the locality, the character, plant species, and size parameters of the growths as well as the technical condition and design of machinery. The processed results then became the basis for the calculation of coefficients expressing the effect of each monitored factor on the performance of a given type of machine. Developed methods for 5-level evaluation of growths represent an original way of assessment of diverse factors on the performance of the machines by quantifying them. The proposed coefficients are clearly grouped so as their use under normal conditions of green areas maintenance is simple and practical. These coefficients are developed for the use of lawn tractors, riders, hand held mowers, hedge trimmers, hedge trimmer attachments, and brush cutters, and have been tested in practice. The identified and verified coefficients permit to evaluate the effects of selected factors under real-area conditions and determine the actually achieved performance. In the framework of the management of green areas maintenance their use is appropriate for the correction of performance of used machinery for more precise economic calculation of prices of maintenance works and deployment of equipment and personnel. The results of the work are also useful in garden, park, and landscape design and implementation where they can define the spatial distribution of vegetation elements with respect to the effective movement of machinery during maintenance.
Stanovení faktorů ovlivňujících výkonnost žacích strojů při údržbě travnatých ploch v komunální oblasti
MAŠEK, Jiří
This diploma thesis deals with the performance of small tractors in the maintenance of municipal areas and the determination of factors that influence this performance. The realization of the measurements took place on the own land in the village of Švábov. For measuring, I used my own mowers and lenders (from people) who have a machine for maintaining their own surfaces and machines with which they perform services in the maintenance of grass areas. All measurements were made on one plot to achieve as many similar conditions as possible.
Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících údržbu travnatých ploch
STAVÁREK, Tomáš
The diploma thesis based on the Analysis of factors influencing maintenance of lawns deals with maintenance of lawns, mowing machines used during maintenance, overview of factors that affect the performance and consumption of mowers in maintenance of lawns. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the mowers, the effects of selected factors were assessed, namely the size and shape of the plot, the character of the stand, the height of the mowing, the slope of the land and the influence of the mower operator.
Matematický model strojního mechanismu
Kašpar, Václav
This bachelor thesis includes a brief history of the mowing machines, tells about development and division of these machines. It describes kinematic of the cutting apparatus. It solves optimal ratio between rotation and working speed, when the cutting knife is used of the whole. At another part of this bachelor thesis, there is analysed a coverage of harwested area by the cutting knife. It shows solution, by which we can determine the optimal ratio between rotation and working speed, when the harvested area is crossed by the cutting knife minimally twice.
