Evaluation of leaflet campaign about internet-based prevention targeted on parents of elementary schools students in Prague 15 city district

My bachelor's work engages in finding out the level of interest of parents of elemntary school childern in the Prague 15 city district about internet-based prevention. This web contained program Prevention Smart Parents which incuded 10 chapters with infromation about prevention and how to applicate this information in daily life. In the theoretic part I clarify terms which are connected with the name of the work mainly therms like primary prevention, risk behaviour and evaluation. This part contains also information about prevention in schools, prevention in families and preventive programs for parents. The main goal of whole work was to find the effectiveness of whole campaign which was realized at schools in Prague 15 city district. The secondary goal was to find the level of interest of parents in preventive website. The research was made thanks to questionnaires. As the most important result of whole work I consider detection of effectiveness of campaign. This effectiveness was very low- according to answers in questionnaires only 17 % of parents visited the website. And according to counter on website it was only 5 %. Next important results are the level of interest in website and satisfaction of parents with it. The level of the interest was below-average. But parents who visited the website...

Tobacco products smoking prevention at selcted primary schools in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with smoking school-based preventive programmes. The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether selected primary schools in the Czech Republic use and implement addictological preventive programmes and specific smoking preventive programmes. The work is based on theoretical background dealing with the phenomenon of smoking, its aetiology, its consequences, prevention, school prevention of risk behaviour and its importance in school education plans or school prevention methodologist as a one of the key actors in school prevention. Another aim is to clarify the use of smoking school-based preventive programmes, its provider, and how school prevention methodologist subjectively evaluates these programmes. A questionnaire was created for data collection, which was provided to all primary schools (or school prevention methodologist) in Prague, which are listed in the register of the Ministry of Education. The results of the research have shown that most of schools had an addictological prevention programme in their current or lasting school plan, nearly half of respondents confirmed realization of a smoking school-based preventive programme. Primární prevence agresivity a násilí na střední odborné škole

The bachelor thesis is focused on the primary prevention of aggression and violence in secondary vocational schools. The thesis is divided into two parts -- a theoretical part and a practical part. The aim of the thesis is to define the concept of aggression and violence, classify types of aggression, define the causes of aggression and violence, social aspects associated with aggression, describe the personality traits of aggressor and victim, signals of aggression and violence in the classroom, including prevention education. The method of the theoretical part is the study of professional literature sources, school documents (School Prevention Strategy and the Minimum Preventive Programme), making excerpts and their analysis, synthesis. In the practical part is to find out the awareness of students of primary prevention in relation to aggression and violence at the vocational school. Respondents were pupils of Business Academy and Medical High School in Blansko. The method of questioning is used in the practical part. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire designed for the survey. The data were processed using descriptive statistics and based on the assessment of the state are possible assets designed to improve primary prevention and recommendations for pedagogical practices.
