Bullying of teachers by pupils and solution options

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of bullying of teachers by pupils. This is a significant problem, but one that has often received insufficient attention in the literature. Nowadays, it is becoming even more relevant, and therefore this phenomenon has been discussed more frequently. The present paper is a literature search based on original empirical research on teacher-pupil bullying. The aim of the thesis is to provide an insight into the issues surrounding this form of bullying and to summarise the basic knowledge associated with it. The thesis also looks at possible solutions. The main purpose of the literature search is to sort out information about the frequency of bullying and its causes. Understanding the reasons may help to reduce the incidence of this phenomenon. The last part is devoted to possible solutions. Approaches that could lead to a reduction or complete elimination of bullying.

The issue of bullying in schools for institutional education

The thesis is focused on the fundamentals aspects of bullying, focusing on bullying in schools for institutional and protective education. It deals with the definition of bullying, its types, the effects of bullying and bullying prevention especially in age groups 10 to 15 years. This work part deals with the issue of bullying of teachers and educators. The practical section contains interviews with experts who have experienced bullying and resolve it.

Teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic

This thesis concerns issues of teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic. Its goal is to analyze selected working conditions and point out some of the current problems within the teaching profession. Theoretical part includes mostly the historical development of the teachers` working conditions and also the basic terminology regarding the topic of the thesis. Practical part presents, summarizes and interprets outcomes of researches in the fields of prestige of the teachers` profession, financial remuneration of teachers and aggression of students against their teachers. Thesis represents findings which goal is to critically describe development and the state of the working conditions of teachers' profession in the two analyzed countries.
