The block of flats

ABSTRACT The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is processing of project documentation for implementation of a new apartment building in Ostrava, which is set in the locality of housing estate built in the previous regime. The apartment building has four floors, basement and longitudinal support system. Object is placed perpendicular to the slope. In the apartment house are eight flats, on already mentioned for floors and in the basement are technical rooms and cellars for every flat. Shape and appearance of object are solved in a simple way to fit into locality of apartment buildings. Construction will be implemented from sharped brick blocks in combination with ceramic-concrete ceilings on concrete foundations. The new building will be insulated by thermal insulation system ETICS from mineral wool. Facade color will be in shades of grey. Roof will be flat and single skin.

Diploma thesis work solves design of the apartment house in city Nový Bor. It is a four-storey detached building without basement. The shape of house is rectangle with maximum dimensions 38,27x14,17 m. The apartment house is designed of clay block Porotherm 300 mm, is founded on foundation strips and the roof is flat in two levels. There is designed a 14 flats.
Mountain pension

This diploma thesis solves the project of four-storey, partly cellared mountain pension situated in the plant number 645/2 in the cadastral area in Deštné in Orlické hory. The building has a capacity of 44 seats to accommodate 72 persons in the restaurant and 57 persons in the wellness center. There is a wellness center with fitness room and engine room of air-conditioning system in the basement. There is an entrance hall with hotel base, restaurant, sanitary facilities and utility room with boiler room on the first floor. The second and third floor is designed for accommodation. There is an outdoor terrace of restaurant. The building has a load-bearing wall system. The load-bearing walls and the partition walls are bricked up of the porous concrete YTONG bricks and sand-lime bricks SILKA. The walls are insulated of mineral wool thickeness 200 mm and EPS Perimeter thickeness 140 mm underground section and plinth area. The ceiling structure are made of the prestressed hollow core panels spiroll thickness 250 mm and wooden beamed ceiling. There is a saddle wooden roof. The windows and the doors are made by the company Progress. The part of facade of the building is ventilated. This project is designed by the computer software ArchiCAD.
Apartment house in Pohořelice

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation for a new apartment building. The apartment house is located on a plot in Pohořelice. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one basement. The basement of the floor plan extends above the ground floor, there is a collective garage, a common room, cellar and technical facilities. There are eleven residential units on the upper floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips and footings. Perimeter masonry in the basement is made of concrete blocks and in the upper floors of ceramic blocks of THERM type. The internal load-bearing masonry is also made of ceramic blocks. In the basement in the garage area, the construction system consists of reinforced concrete columns and girders. The ceiling structure is made of prestressed ceiling panels. The staircase is prefabricated, as are the balconies. An elevator is located between the arms of the staircase. The roof is flat, vegetative. The building envelope is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system.
Multifuntional house

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of new multifunctional building in Frydek-Mistek. Project and attachments are processed according to the current laws, regulations and standards. Multifunctional House is located on parcels 3364/190 and 3503/1, in the cadastral Místek. The house has four floors and reside in 3 commercial units and in the last two floors 5 residential units. The other two dimensions of the house are 21,15x13,15m. Roofing the house is solved by a flat roof. The building is brick ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceilings are made up of reinforced concrete panels. The construction is based on flat base structures that form the plain concrete C20 / 25 and the supporting concrete slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced curry networks 100/100/6.
Apartment building

The master's thesis containing four-storey project, basementless apartment house with single skin flat roof. Walling system HELUZ is used for walls. System SPIROLL is used for ceiling construction. Part of the disposition of residential units is formed by mobile sliding partitions Liko-S for easy and quick adjustment of the layout. The apartment house contains nine apartments.

This bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation of the construction of the Apartment building in the Kroměříž. The object has an atypical shape composed of two squares. Apartment building is designed for 32 people. The building is designed as a four-storey and house with a cellar. On the underground floor there are storage areas, technical backgrounds and free times activities. On the first floor is a main entrance and two flats, on the second to four flor are just flats. The building is bricked from brick block with filigree floor slab and with a flat roof.
The house with the day care

My diploma thesis occupies with project documentation for building of house with the day care, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area on the periphery of town. My diploma thesis evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.
Apartment hotel

The subject of this thesis was to develop project documentation for building construction. It is a new four-storey house with restaurant, situated on the outskirts of the village Bridges at Jablunkova. The building is brick, has a two-level gable and shed roof, consisting of wood roof system. Slope of the parcel on which the house is located, allows the building of the plant into the ground. Because of this it is possible to enter it, either the main entrance to the first floor or building around and over the summer terrace come directly to the restaurant on the second floor. Above it are two more floors for hotel guests only, a total of 10 accommodation units with its own bathroom.

The bachelor thesis deals with new building of apartment building in the Sebedražie village. It is a four-storey building. Its bearing system consists of clay masonry and concrete masonry. Ceilings are made from clays parts. On the basement there is a garage, a cellar rooms, a utility room, and a staircase. On the first floor there is a first flat. In the first flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Next, on the first floors is a bicycle room, a kiln-drying, a storage, a cleaning room, the entrance hall and a staircase. In the second floor there is second and third flats. In the second flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the third flat is a hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The third floor is the same as second floor.
