Bachelor thesis is focused on devising suitable methods keying costs of Lipa municipa-lity to establish honest and fair presentation of economy. Defines the basic concepts for understanding the issues. Describes a method for keying costs namely: Main or secon-dary activities, in terms of the tax base and in terms of budget. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical basis is focused on bookkeeping of local government unit and funded organization, the issues of budgets, budget process and determine the tax base, which are based on literature. The second part presents selected entity - municipality ant its contributory funded organization, which the analayisi keying costs. On the basis of the analysis prepared proposals to improve the accounting system and methods for keying costs municipality of Lipa.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Village

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the village Holasice. The thesis in theoretical part focuses on defining theoretical fundamentals such as village and its characteristics, village authority, budgetary policy of the village when creating budgetary system etc. Analytical part of bachelor thesis analyzes incomes and expenses of village Holasice. Main goal of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the economy of the town and preparation of proposals to improve budgetary system. Evaluation of analysis and proposed improvements of municipal budget, are located in the ending of this bachelor thesis.

Economic analysis of selected municipalities

In the thesis, I would like to dedicate the issues of city management Sternberg and its solvency, which was the main indicator of its overall economy, which will also focus on the economic crisis and its impact on the economy of the town.
In the introductory part, the distribution and functioning of the local government unit. The main part of the work will focus on the economic analysis of the town, which will be based on data from years 2011 - 2014. In the framework of economic analysis will analyze the most important items in the budget. Another part will specify individually significant receipts and expenditures of the municipal budget (income sources, expenses and any indebtedness of the city). In the final part marginally I focus on the financial outlook for future years.
The topic I chose due to my professional activities. I work as an assistant finance department Šternberk Municipal Authority and the aforementioned problems of daily deal and practical sense.

Creating a system of registration of financial resources for allowance organization

The aim of this thesis is to create a system of registration of state funding for allowance organization Centrum investic, rozvoje a inovací and problem solving in determining the actual financial capabilities of each contract.
The theoretical part characterizes allowance organizations, describes its economic and financial relations between these organizations and their founder and deals with the control of allowance organizations.
The practical part contains analysis of management and funding specific allowance organization. The first proposal for solving the problem using XLS database proved insufficient. In the final draft is created and described a system of monitoring financial resources in this organization using the balance for each contract, including the draft of directives for accounting procedures.
