Evolutionary Algorithms for Neural Networks Learning
Vosol, David ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
Main point of this thesis is to find and compare posibilities of cooperation between evolutionary algorithms and neural network learning and their comparison with classical learning technique called backpropagation. This comparison is demonstrated with deep feed-forward neural network which is used for classification tasks. The process of optimalization is via search of optimal values of weights and biases within neural network with fixed topology. We chose three evolutionary approaches. Genetic algorithm, differential evolution and particle swarm optimization algorithm. These three approaches are also compared between each other. The demonstrating program is implemented in Python3 programming language without usage of any third parties libraries focused on deep learning.
Intelligent Editor for the AHLL Language
Kučera, Tomáš ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and implementation of an intelligent editor for the agent language AHLL. The reader is familiarized with the concept of agent systems and the WSageNt platform. Following is analysis and comparison of existing editors and integrated development environments. Presented will also be technologies ANTLR, RSyntaxTextArea and AutoComplete providing resources for effective implementation of some of the editor's key features. The resulting editor integrates existing AHLL to an ALLL compiler as well as the distributed system simulator T-Mass. Finally, we test the editor's ability to choose the best combination of compiler optimizations based on the target code's length.
A Real-Time Computer Game with AI
Halamíček, Jan ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Holík, Lukáš (advisor)
This work deals with an artificial intelligence problematics in real-time computer games. Goal of this project is a creation of an intelligent computer opponent in a real-time enviroment of a multiagent systems.
Artificial Life Modelling
Žák, Jakub ; Kunovský, Jiří (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This paper deals with artificial life simulation by means of artificial BDI agents. This work aims to create a virtual world, to which agents are put. In system, there is 5 kinds of agents. Agent father, who rules and synchronizes the system. Next are agent worker, salesman, cop and thief. Model of the system is created by use of Prometheus methodology. The system is programed in the Jason language, which is implementation of AgentSpeak language.
Tool for Modelling and Simulation of Technologic Processes
Skydánek, Libor ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the problem of technological process modelling and simulation. It is based on the realistic requirements of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, where they lacked an extensible and open simulation tool with the ability to model biomass processing. In this work we explain the main concepts in the field of (physical) chemistry, the systematic approach to process modelling and simulation and we discuss various problems of simulation methods. We also describe the differences between simulation and design specifications and give reasons for choosing the sequential modular approach. An important part of the work is aimed at the design of the simulation tool's architecture, where the main emphasis is laid on the extensibility of future application. The tool has been implemented and it is now sucessfully being used at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
Computer Aided Transformation of Guitar Solos from Recorded Song to Tabs
Joščák, Juraj ; Veigend, Petr (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was automatic pitch detection in melodic guitar lines and subsequent transcription to guitar tablature. Final system uses comb filtering to detect pitch. Individual notes are separated by beat detection. An algorithm for transcription of notes to guitar tablature, based on minimalization of hand movement is proposed.
Agent Process Model of Human Cognition, Emotions and Behaviour
Pač, Peter ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Kubát, David (advisor)
This work deals with modeling of the human psyche and its cognitive processes, emotions and behaviors based on agent system. The first objective of this examines the issue from the perspective of general psychology and intelligent systems. The work discusses in detail the design model of the human psyche with definitions of agents system and design of simulation environment. The special part is devoted to the design of the neural network system. After description of implementation of the model and simulation environment, finally, the work show results of experiments with the implemented system from the perspective of conformity with psychological theories and benefits to artificial intelligence.
Application for Mobile Phone Which Will Proccess GPS Data (Symbian)
Klubal, Ondřej ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes a design of an application for Symbian S60 Platform 5rd Edition. Main purpose of this application is to collect data from  cellphone's GPS module, record them in standard format and analyze recorded traces. Particular attention is mainly focused on data accuracy and track points filtering. In this application it is possible to compare recorded traces. It also allows the visualization of the GPS data on cellphone's display as chart and previewing the route.
Algorithms for Computer Vision Support
Harvánek, Martin ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis is concerned with detection and tracking disturber in the scene. As an disturber is considered any motion in the scene. For motion detection are used differential pictures and for tracking is used optical flow. Methods are implemented in C++ language using OpenCV library.
Agent Platform for Wireless Sensor Networks
Lichý, Stanislav ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to implement the agent platform for SunSpot sensor nodes. Reader is firstly presented with introduction to wireless sensor networks and the SunSpot sensor nodes. The thesis then describes the terms agent, agent platform and BDI agent. Then the description of ALLL language and related agent platform called WSageNt is presented. The rest of thesis deals with the concept and implementation of compatible agent plaform for SunSpot sensor nodes. The final part discusses results of work, compatibility with WSageNt platform and possible extensions.
