Topology optimization of the gear wheel
Zaťko, Tomáš ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the approach of the design method of topological optimization, its use in practice and comparison of various software for the implementation of this method. The main goal of this work is to use topological optimization to design the optimal shape of the gear.
Virtual commissioning of the production system
Zaťko, Tomáš ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (advisor)
This thesis contains a research overview of the current market situation, both in terms of different 3D printer designs and the production systems used for mass production of plastic products, a general discussion of virtual commissioning including available software enabling virtual commissioning. The thesis offers several conceptual designs with their evaluation together with the elaboration of the selected design. The virtual commissioning project includes the creation of a CAD model, together with a mechatronic part, including the creation of the linkages and the real model. Another part of the project is the development of a PLC program to control the virtual model.
A Mobile Application for Capturing and Displaying an Athlete's Training
Zaťko, Tomáš ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Tesařová, Alena (advisor)
The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the design and implementation of a mobile application intended for athletes and people who like to exercise in the comfort of their homes. It focuses on capturing and displaying photos and videos of high-intensity interval Tabata training. The application is implemented for the Android platform using the React Native framework. The main result is a usable application for automatically capturing the exercise of selected exercises and displaying the captured images for comparison with a reference. Such a method of exercise can have a positive effect on the acquisition and observance of the correct exercise technique. The resulting application has been tested by a number of users and is publicly available on Google Play.
