Criminal Law and Criminological Aspects of the Internet Criminality Key words: Internet, Criminal law, Criminology Abstract (EN): Internet criminality is a very young phenomenon; the internet itself was presented in the recent form only about 20 years ago. Nevertheless, the relative youth of the internet does not mean that the internet crimes are less serious or less prevalent than other criminal activities. The mass, relative anonymity and progressive globalization of the internet together with bustling development of computer technology provide both the organized crime and individuals with perfect means to commit all sorts of offences. With regard to its extant, this study is not supposed to serve as an overall and full detailed analysis of the internet criminality. The objective of this paper is a criminological description of socially dangerous phenomenons related to the internet, concretely the origin of these phenomenons in the society, the most frequent modus operandi of the internet crime, means of prevention and the criminal law qualification of the relevant criminal activities. The Reasons Behind the Success of the Pro-Israeli Lobby in the United States

Since at least the 1970s, Israel has been benefiting hugely from the so-called "special relationship" with the United States. The US provides the Jewish state with considerable financial aid which reached $3 billion annually in the form of non-refundable grants in the 1990s. America also supplies Israel with modern military systems and American companies cooperate with their Israeli counterparts in developing new weapons, devices etc. US representatives also protect Israel from major diplomatic failures at the international forums like the UN. Some people believe that the American support for Israel is driven by moral imperatives, as Israel constitutes a shelter for the minority which experienced hundreds-of- years lasting hatred, with its ultimate expression being the Holocaust. This argument further states that Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and therefore it presents a natural choice for an ally of the United States. Others argue that Israel is an indispensable strategic asset, necessary for maintaining the American presence and securing the American interests in the region. However, all these points can be refuted. Study on the transport of humic acids through the plant cuticles

This diploma thesis is focused on foliar fertilization. It is nowadays one of the most widespread types of application of commercial fertilizers. Concern of this thesis is the study of plant cuticles as a thin layer on the leaves. These thin membranes are responsible for regulation of water transport and nutrients. Further function of plant cuticles is the mechanical protection of the outer part of the plant. Plant cuticles were characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy, classical optical microscopy and profilometry. The main aim of this thesis is the optimization and verification of experimental methodology aimed to the transport of commercial humic product through plant cuticles by simple diffusion techniques. The results obtained by presented diffusion techniques of humic product through plant cuticles were correlated with the same diffusion experiments through synthetic membranes with defined pore size and density. The study on transport of commercial humic product was realized in hydrogel medium by two different diffusion methods – non-stationary diffusion technique and diffusion couple. The important part of this diploma thesis is the characterization of supported hydrogel matrix by rheology tests, mercury intrusion porosimetry and scanned electron microscopy. Conclusions of this diploma thesis could be used for improving of efficiency of foliar fertilization.

Hydrogels made of biopolymers for agricultural and environmental applications

This diploma thesis is focused on development and characterization of hydrogel materials for agricultural use. In the experimental section, different methods of preparing these materials were designed and optimized according to previous literature review. In the characterization of resulting materials, the main attention was paid to the kinetics of swelling, to the solubility, the leaching of nitrate and of humic compounds. Thermogravimetric analysis represented another important characterization technique, which provided information about the content and form of water bound in the material. The development of the material aimed mainly at an agricultural application providing the delivery of nutrients to soil and regulation of water content in soil.

The task of the thesis is to develop the necessary technical documentation for the construction project of wooden watch tower. In the first part is made the architectural study and the study of setting the object in the field. The main part of the work is focused on making the structural design of the building, especially on static analysis of the selected design solutions. The conclusion is devoted to a summary and evaluation of tackle. The work is accompained by manufacturing schedule solved object. In the annex documented is static protocol and possible views from the area, as well as the Annex is complemented by a comprehensive technical report and accompanying report.

Vliv hospodářských zásahů na změnu v biologické rozmanitosti ve zvláště chráněných územích: Vliv různých managementových zásahů na vegetaci vřesovišť v Národním parku Podyjí II.

V roce 1992 byly založeny pokusy, které měly ověřit, zda vypalování, kosení a odstraňování drnů jako tradiční typy managementu západoevropských vřesovišť povedou k obnově a zmlazení vřesovišť v NPR Podyjí. Dále bylo v roce 2000 založeno 30 nových ploch na studium vlivu pastvy a kosení. Od roku 2000 je také sledována dynamika mikrobiálních transformací dusíků v půdě, rychlost rozkladu opadu a efektivita využití N a P rostlinami. V roce 2001 byly na vřesoviště naistalovány srážkoměry.

Pokusy mají za cíl otestovat některé metody managementu vřesovišť: vypalování, pokosení drnů, pastvu. V této vegetační sezóně bylo sledováno celkem 38 trvalých ploch na vřesovištích v NP Podyjí. Od r. 2000 je také sledována dynamika mikrobiálních transformací dusíku v půdě, rychlost rozkladu opadu a efektivita využití N a P rostlinami.
