A comparative kineziologic analysis of the javelin throw and selected training exercises

Title: A Comparative Kineziologic Analysis of the Javelin Throw and Selected Training Exercises Purposes: The goal of this study is to compare the engagement of selected muscles in the shoulder girdle area during javelin throwing and certain training exercises. Methods: Surface electromyography combined with cinematographic analysis using synchronized video recording. Results: The timing of muscle activation during javelin throwing (side stand) differs from that of certain training exercises. The studied exercises were: javelin throw from the frontal stand, ball throw from the side and the frontal stand, throw simulation using rubber expander and pulley. The timing is similar when different grip (so called fork grip) is used during side stand javelin throw. Key words: shoulder girdle, surface electromyography, kinematic analysis.

Children's motivation in athletics prep schools

CHILDREN'S MOTIVATION IN ATHLETICS PREP SCHOOLS Thesis objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out why children between 6 - 10 attend an athletics prep school, which kind of their motivation prevails - external or internal and how intensive this motivation is. The work should show if there are any differences between boy's and girl's motivation. The next aim is to find out what the parent's motive and aspirations are. Methods: In our thesis we used an explorative method of non - standardized questionnaire for collecting data and finding a kind and intensity of motivation. Objectives: - Background literature research concerning the motivation problems. - Background research involving the character of 6 - 10 years old from these point of view: physiological, motor, social and psychological development and development regularity of this age. - Background research regarding children's sports preparation practice and their training. - Compilation of a questionnaire, collecting data and results analysis. Results: 6 - 10 - year - old children are very motivated to attend an athletics prep school. Riskant Behaviour Monitoring of Pupils at age 14 and 15 in Litoměřice Region

Kateřina Davídková Work goals and tasks: To analyse alcohol, tobacco and drugs addiction of pupils at older school age Methods: A questionnaire of alcohol, tobacco and drugs addiction Results: An alcohol, tobacco and drugs analysis was practiced at grammar school and at gymnasium in Litoměřice region. Main goals and tasks of the work were realized. According to other monitoring realized in The Czech Republic the results of the work show the pupils at age 14 or 15 behave as same riskant as other pupils at the same age. General and specific motoric efficiency of students attending sport athletic classes

Name of work: General and specific motoric efficiency of students attending sport athletic classes The aims of this work were to identify developments of general and specific motoric efficiencies of students attending sport athletic classes between 6th and 9th year, and also to determine differences between efficiencies of boys and girl, as well as the addition of efficiencies in each year. Results of certain tests, by which students of the sport classes had been tested, were used to identify the developments of the motoric efficiencies. The hypothesis, that the specific and general motoric efficiency of the students attending the sport classes rises evenly, were not proved in particular. A large increase in efficiency occurred between 6th and 7th year; however, the additions of efficiencies were individual according to the sex and also the type of the skills. For instance, a distinctive growth of efficiency at the strenght skills appeared in boys from 7th year which confirmed a further hypothesis that the efficinecy of boys increases faster than the efficiency of girl. A wide range of factors can influence this effect, including the beginning of pubescence as well as the related physical and psychological changes in an organism. Title: K.ids' Athletics Project in Athletics Training of Children Name: Natálie Válkóvá Resume: Project Kids'Athletics was established in Germany by a techer and trainer Mr Dieter Massin, who participated the idea with his collegeues that the athletics is no more interessting for children. Together they try to change this situation, but not only in their country but on all over the world. Objective of our research was a question how the children in the Czech Republic are informed about K.ids' Athletics. We wanted to show to childern chosen from one club the practical side of this project During the recolte of the theoretical infoi'Iilation I was in contact with Mr Dieter Massin of this idea and one another promoter. We used the e-mail form of comunication to be in contact. Children were really ethusiastic during the competition. Developing of young athletes in TJ Nová Včelnice The aim of the work: Analyze and evaluate the system for preparing pupils for the athletics athletic TJ New Včelnice. Methods: Basic data were obtained using a quantitative analysis of the training program. Other important information was gathered through a regular participantního observation, supplemented by informal interviews with participants in the training process. results: The results of quantitative analysis were recorded and content of each table year period of preparation was compared with the available literature. Applying of a method of sensomotoric stimulation in athletic training of youth

Title: Applying method ofsenzomotorics stimulation in athletics training ofyouth Name: Veronik:a Kladivová Objectives: familiarization with method ofsenzomotoric stimulation; fmdings ofusing method of senzomotoric stimulation in the athletics training; information about types ofinjuries in the youth category in athletic; notice about the connection between injuries and using balanced facilitations Methods: pedagogic experimental technique anonymous unnormalized questionnaire was used for getting data and informations about informant Results: it has been analyzed, that 39 girls and 26 boys, who was the participants of national indoor championship in athletics use method of senzomotorics stimulation in their training. But we are talking about rambling form of using method of senzomotorics stimulation by balanced facilitations. The important thing from our analyze is, that senzomotoric method is used between athletics youth. One fact is stili unexplained and it is question if is method of senzomotorics stimulation more used by event with three-dimensional orientation or coordination?
