Žitný, David ; Segeťová, Jarmila (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Own analysis of two-year training load in throwing the discus in comparison with the training load of the discus-thrower Gejza Valent Goal Own analysis of two-year training load and its comparison with the training load of the discus-thrower ofinternationa! standing. Method The analysis of persona! training documentation. Quantitative comparison through the use of sum transfer of general training indices (GTI) and special training indices (STI). Comparison of selected training indices with the training indices of the former Czech sportsman in throwing the discus. Results My two-year annual training cycles (ATC) partly approximate in terms of their periodization, structure, extent, intensity and character of training load to general principles. Overall extent of the load was spread in time and its magnitude in given ATC. Its gradual increase and subsequent decrease influenced the sports performance. The intensity of the training load had an influence on the growth of the sports performance in majority of selected training indices (Tl). In light of my performance the optima! relationship between general and special training was selected and it was appropriately adapted to specific actual demands of the training. All observed attribute values were increased during the trainings with the instructor. By...

Novák, Jan ; Krátký, Petr (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Name: Analysis of efficiency in athletic decathlon Aim: Comparing the structure of power at different power levels, in particular in a relative concept, how the various disciplines involved in the total output. A method: Comparative analysis of average performance values at different performance levels results: It brings relative differences in the structure of performance based on declining overall performance level for which the overall performance level is most similar to the structure of power and vice versa. Keywords: Decathlon structure performance, performance in the decathlon Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Basic Jumping Skills of Senior School Children
Šátek, Jan ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Krátký, Petr (referee)
Basic jumping skills of pupils in older school age This project is about training basic jumping exercises and their influence on performance jumping events (especially long jump, high jump). I've worked with a group of athletes from 11-15 years old . The basis of my research was a creation a large number of picture kinograms of chosen jumping exercise and then their analysis. These kinograms were taken in the interval of one year, in the spring 2005 and spring 2006, by digital camera. I've compared the performance of chosen jumping exercises mainly for a long jump a high jump, their technical component and also each athlete's personal results. I've also measured a physical growth of pupils. I've found out that a regular training of chosen jumping exercises has a great effect on their performance and also on a technical side of jumping event. And when it comes to personal results of chosen athletes,in long jump and high jump, I'm glad to say that they have also increase a lot. My research has shown that better efficiency of older school aged pupils is caused by two main factors: the physical growing up and the level of performance in the event. Structure of Performance in High Jump.
Spolková, Lucie ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
Structure of performance in high jump Thesis objectives: Structure of performance in high jump, to monitor somatotype by means of anthropometric examination; condition factors by means of motoric tests; elements of technique by creating a kinematic 3D analysis and psychic factors on the basis of completed global personality profile questionnaires. To evaluate the results of all individual high jumpers as a whole confront and those with theory. Method: To obtain somatotype data we applied a modified Sheldon's method - the Heath- Carter method - in specialized laboratory using the WELLNESS software. Condition factors were determined by means of selected motoric tests and measurements suitable for high jump (30 m flying start, 50 m standing start, 5standing jumps on take-off leg, 5standing jumps on nontake-off leg, 10standing jumps bounding, standing high jump, high jump - scissors, high jump from four strides, shot backwards over head, vertical hop-up with run-up). Using the APAS software we performed a kinematic 3D analysis of technique. Psychic factors were observed using the psychological module developed by Casri Prague, a sport research institute, in cooperation with of Prof. O. Mikšík, DrSc. Results: As regards somatotype two ectomorph-mesomorphs, one mesomorph-ectomorph, one well-balanced...
Analysis of the Training Methods of the Special Take-off Ability Development in Long Jump.
Priščáková, Lenka ; Krátký, Petr (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Title : Analysis of the training means how to develop the special take - off abilities of a long jumper Aims of work : The aim of this work was to consider the training means how to develop the special take - off abilities of a top long jumper as well as preparatory training of a long jumper and to sum up the trainers' opinions, consider and classified it into the training seasons. Methodology : In the methodology of this work we intented on the preparatory training of a long jumper in the season 1992. Then through the dialogue with the trainers we found out a utilizing of the training means and we compared it with the means of the followed jumper. Results : We devised our special proposal of a preparatory training in a long jump. We started from the trainers' opinions and information and we compared it with the training means of developing the special take - off abilities at a followed jumper. Key words : sport performance, making ready for physical condition, long jump, long jumpers' technique, preparatory training.

Technique Variability of the Triple Jump
Pařík, Ondřej ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Krátký, Petr (referee)
Summary. Pařík Ondřej Technique Variability of the Triple Jump My thesis deal with the problems of biomechanics of the triple jump. Few years ago the triple jump was very successful event in our country. The czech record in triple jump is 17, 53 m since 1988 held by Milan Mikuláš. The only other jumper who beated the 17 metres mark was Jiří Kuntoš in 1999 with the result 17, 29 m. I made an exploration of the studies dealing with the different aspects of the biomechanics of the triple jump in the theoretic part. I tried to suggest the integral view of these studies. I made an analysis of the 8 attempts of the current czech triple jumpers. I compared the biomechanical aspects of the successful and unsuccessful attempts of each jumper. I analysed the video recording of the Czech indoor championship 2005 using the program APAS. I compared these biomechanical parametres: Time of support, performance in the triple jump (official and actual), phase distance, phase ratios, horizontal velocity of the touchdown and takeoff, lost of horizontal velocity, vertical velocity of touchdown and takeoff, touchdown velocity of CG, takeoff velocity of CG, height of CG in touchdown, amortization and takeoff, time of flights I found out that the main deficit of the czech jumpers is in speed abilities and better effort...
