Based on Contract No. G1042011 with the client fy DIAMO state enterprise Stráž, branch GEAM Lower Rožínka was prepared this interim report, which summarizes the list of works, presents and assesses the findings and results for the period April-June 2013, on the evaluation of rock mass quality and geotechnical survey was intended to build an underground gas storage facility.

The aim of this project was oriented to determination of physical-mechanical characteristics of rocks under dynamic load using laboratory device MTS 816 Rock Test System. The research was drawn to investigation of surrounding rocks properties, i.e. rocks from the rock massif, where anomaleous geomechanical events do occur.
