The Methodology of Investigation of Sexual Criminal Offences (selected issues) Summary The assigned topis of the diploma thesis is methodology of investigation of sexual crime acts. With regard to the fact that the area of morality delinquency is too extensive, I have focused on methodology of investigation of the criminal offences of rape and sexual abuse in my thesis, because I assume that these two offences belong to the most serious and the most dangerous crimes, and from the point of view of investigation also the most complicated and the most difficult, not only in the sexual sphere, but at the same time among all crimes known to the present valid law at all. These criminal offences represent a deep and serious intrusion upon the fundamental rights and freedoms, i.e. especially to the personal freedom and human dignity of a person affected by such crime, and having very serious consequences on the physical and psychical integrity of a man, leaving long-term consequences, often even lifelong traumatic consequences in the life of the victim. Specifics of communication with seniors in contect social - health care

Annotation: The purpose of this Master's thesis is to describe objectively topic of medical social workers' communication in centers of post-acute care, to highlight importance and difficulty of social work with senior citizens and to propose eventual changes leading to eventual communication improvement. Social work here is complicated because senior citizens are often lonely or may have problematic family relationships or may suffer from dementia and quite often are polymorbid patients. For the thesis were used statistics from The Centre of Postacute Care - Motol University Hospital, then method of questionnaire realized with medical social workers from centers of post-acute care in Czech Republic, and method of structured interview with patients in Center of Postacute Care - Motol University Hospital.

The Relation Between Homelessness and Institutional Upbringing

This bachelor thesis focuses on children's institutional upbringing, in particular in children's homes and upbringing institutions, and considers it as a factor causing homelessness. In the thesis theoretical analyses by experts from the fields of sociology, social work, psychology and social pathology. Furthermore, author's own research carried out in an organization devoted to work with homeless people as well as researches and specialized examinations that have been already done in the Prague and Pilsen regions are used.
