Utilization of Educational Attainment of Foreign Migrant Workers in the Czech Labour Market

This doctoral thesis addresses one of the most significant topics in contemporary research in international migration; that is the education-occupation mismatch of highly qualified foreign workers in the labour market of a host country. The thesis focuses on the situation in the Czech labour market in the time-period between 2009 and 2016. By the possibility to utilize a unique set of non-public, anonymized individual data on foreign employment this thesis provides a first thorough empirical evidence on the level of mismatch of skilled migrant workers in the Czech labour market, with a dominant focus on quantitative approach to the given issue. Results of the research reveal that the mismatch between the migrant employees' attained (tertiary) and required education at their job occupations on the Czech labour market does exist and it is encountered by 20-30 % of tertiary educated foreign workers; moreover, level of mismatch has been gradually increasing over the given time-period. The differences in the level of mismatch then fundamentally differ across particular citizenship groups. The resulting level of mismatch of highly skilled foreign workers in the Czech labour market seems to be driven predominantly by broader social and economic drivers. IMPROVISATION OF WYNTON KELLY ON THE SOMEDAY MY PRINCE WILL COME ALBUM

The topic of the thesis is the improvisation and style of playing of Wynton Kelly, the American pianist coming from Jamaica, particulary on his Someday My Prince Will Come album from 1961.
The first part is theoretical and refers to his musical beginnings, his first solo and side-man projects. Besides refers closer to the recording of the Someday My Prince Will Come album. Also, the theoretical part slightly refers to the improvisation in general.
The heart of the thesis is the practical part though. It is the analysis of his playing skills based on melodic-harmonic-rhytmic part, his timing, phrasing, blues feel, melodic ornamentation, transcribed sheets with examples attached.
The main goal of this thesis is all the musicians to be inspired by one of the most gifted pianists, considering his swing and single-melody lines at least.

It is an important source for czech organ music, especially in the 18th century.

The thesis analyses the best suitable visa, business structure and owner's responsibilities that need to be fulfilled in order to be successful. Substantial part is dedicated to running a business from a distance, in this matter American company that is managed from the Czech Republic.

This thesis is focused on market of ecological agriculture products in the Czech Republic.After first part every reader should know basic facts about evolution of the market, its current position and expected development. Second part includes consumer bahviour research. During the research every respondent was given particular questions. Their answers were properly analyzed and became the very heart of the thesis, which finally enlightens about problems directly connected with the market.
