Influence construction details on the cost of the work

This bachelor thesis deals with influence of material selection for individual layers of flooring on the total floor price. In the theoretical part are generally defined the floors, their structural layers and the material used, as well as the fundamentals of valuation of construction works and supplies. In the practical part are designed floating floors above the 1st floor, which are calculated in the budget. Finally, I analyze the influence of the price of selected materials on the price of the designed floors.

Controlling in the construction company

The subject of this thesis is to contribute to the improvement of controlling system in the construction company. The main emphasis is on the use of appropriate controlling tools, which would have a positive impact on the management of a particular enterprise. The thesis analyzes the area of controlling stock in XYZ Company, Inc. The introduction defines the concept of business management, controlling and its theoretical basis, further describes the current activities of the controlling company. In the last part of the thesis proposed actions to improve the functioning of the controlling system, including the evaluation of the benefits for the company.

Enterprise purchasinng management in a construction company

This thesis deals with purchasing management in the construction industry and the relationships between suppliers and customers. In the theoretical part are defined basic trade relations, selection and method of evaluation of suppliers, their mode of communication and thoroughly described outsourcing and insourcing. The practical part is a collection of several purchasing activities presenting the advantages of long-term relationships with suppliers customers. Preference is assessed on the basis of time and financial savings.

The Impact of the World Economic Crysis on Building Industry in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of global economic crisis on building industry in the Czech Republic. It describes origins, course and impacts of contemporary world economic crisis on global economy. It compares the first economic crisis in the 1930s with current crisis as well. This paper is also focused on the impacts of the crisis on the building industry in the Czech Republic and depicts its evolution in time of the crisis. The goal of the thesis was to capture the evolution, describe the impacts of this evolution and find some appropriate measures for a new development.

Analysis of budget detail differences depending on the level of documentation

This thesis is dedicated to comparing overall prices as well as the creation of budget indicators in individual phases of documentation for buildings belonging among public orders. The thesis primarily determines fundamental terms and definitions regarding this issue. The creation of a new database for the buildings that is compiled of twenty subjects projected in the last four years is described in the second more detailed part. Objects in this database are indexed by temporal indexes for the sake of future more accurate comparisons and the creation of indicators. The comparison of the objects' prices in different phases of documentation can be found in this part along with two calculated specific budget indicators corresponding to unit price per one cubic meter of building volume and to the price per one meter squared of floor area. The average indicator for informative price based on previous indicators is then created for faster evaluation of similar types of objects in their study phase. Performed research has revealed significant differences between study phase prices and the prices of more detailed phases of documentation that can negatively affect the future of a specific project. The main conclusion of this thesis are average overall unit prices for civil constructions, production and service buildings as well as other specific buildings. In the final part I have created methods of a more accurate calculation for the unit price of buildings in the study phase of documentation.

Reconstruction of listed buildings

The thesis is devoted to the historical monuments. I pretend 3 objects with different type of protection. The budget for the reconstruction of historical momumets of cultural heritage will be set up a in accordance with the requirements of the „Národní památkový ústav“. Then the prices of different types of items will be compared and evaluated with regard to their lifetime.

Evaluation of a Construction in Terms of its Redevelopment into Non-residential Premises

The thesis deals with valuation of real property before and after change the purpose of use. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical inputs are defined areas related to real estate assessment. Cases study is dealt in the practical part. Case study is focused on real estate assessment and deals with determination of the impact on price of real property when will be changed the purpose of use. Also construction works related with change the purpose of use from residential unit to area intended to business. Construction works were calculated by budgeting programme. In the end is analysed price of real property before the purpose of use and after the purpose of use and evaluation of this price.

Determining the price of ancillary budget costs of the construction of a family house of ancillary budget costs

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the problem of determining the price of ancillary budget costs of the construction of a family house. In the theoretical part, the budget costs are divided into elementary and ancillary costs and are described in more detail. More emphasis is placed on the ancillary costs, which are then discussed in the practical part. Its output is a list of items of ancillary costs that should be considered in the construction of the family house and their valuation. The summation gives the approximate total amount, which is then compared with the ancillary costs of the selected realized projects and also with the percentage rates reported by companies ÚRS and RTS in relation to ancillary costs. Finally, a price indicator for ancillary costs per unit of measurement and purpose is determined.
