Title: Jan Zelezny - case study about the transformation of a successful athlete into a successful coach. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is if Jan Zelezny was able to transfer his athletics experiences into the role of him as a coach and what can we draw as a pre-requisite for his success. Methods: The bachelor thesis is structured in the form of qualitative research by using semi- structured interview, observing and analysis dates. Results: Results of my work are a confirmation of a successful transfer of athletics experinces. Also to find out what is the pre-requisite of Jan Zelezny's results and which factors led him to become a successful coach. Key words: Jan Zelezny, successful, athlete, coach, javelin, athletic
