Milk composition changes after fortification milch cow feed with selected additive
Tůmová, Michaela ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Křížová,, Ludmila (advisor)
This thesis is dealing with effect of supplement limiting aminoacid histidin, that was applied as duodenal infusion, on yield and composition of high production dairy cows milk. The theoretical part describes overview about milk composition and metabolism of dairy cows. There are described nutrition requirements of dairy cows for esential aminoacids. In this part are also presented principles of analytical methods used for analysis of milk. For determination of basic components of milk were used infrared spectroscopy and enzymatic-conductometry. Aminoacid profile of casein was determined by ion exchange liquid chromatography. In the experimental part is described method of experiment. There is described technique of acid and oxidative hydrolysis of lyofilized casein and technique of determination aminoacids in this hydrolyzated casein. Results of analysis were interpreted and discussed with literature. This diploma thesis was made as a cooperation between the Institute of Food Science and Biotechnology, the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Technology, Brno and the Research Institute for Cattle Breeding, Department of Animal Physiology and Nutrition, Pohorelice.
Oxidative degradation of paracetamol
Tůmová, Michaela ; Křížek, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kozlík, Petr (referee)
Paracetamol is a commonly used drug for newborn babies against increased physical temperature and pain. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the stability of this drug, which is an important factor for its safety and efficiency. One of the methods for determining the stability of drugs is the identification of their degradation products. This bachelor thesis is about the development and optimization of ultra high performance liquid chromatography method for determining paracetamol degradation products, which are formed by chemical or electrochemical oxidative degradation. A column UPLC CSH PHENYL-HEXYL (1,7 μm, 100 × 2,1 mm) was chosen as optimal for this separation. Furthermore, the aqueous component of the mobile phase was a 20 mM ammonium acetate solution, and the organic component was methanol. After optimization, a partial validation of the method was performed, during which the linear dynamic range, the limit of detection, the limit of quantification, repeatability of retention time and peak area, and recovery were evaluated. Chemical and electrochemical oxidative degradation was performed for paracetamol solution with a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Additionally, chemical degradation was performed with the addition of hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 0,5 % and 3 % at a temperature of...

Název: Pohybová aktivita u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou Physical activity in children with cerebral palsy Cíle práce: Vytvoření cvičebního programu pro děti s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, který bude možné aplikovat pro všechny formy tohoto postižení. Program bude sestaven na základě dostupné literatury, praktického vyzkoušení a vlastních zkušeností získaných během šestileté praxe v zaměstnání. Metoda: Návrh a demonstrace, aplikace modelu cvičebního programu formou kasuistického zpracování, rozhovor. Výsledky: Výsledky rozhovoru poukazují na vhodnost aplikace navrženého cvičebního modelu jako kompenzační sestavy pro osoby s těžkým tělesným postižením Klíčová slova: dětská mozková obrna, pohybová aktivita, svalová nerovnováha, cvičební program
The position of women in the role of a football referee
Tůmová, Michaela ; Tůma, Martin (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Title of the work: The position of women in the role of a football referee Aim of the work: Aim of this work is to find out how a woman is being percieved in in the role of a football referee, what their position means and at the same time to find out if there is any rights equality of the women and men football referees . Furtheron, the aim is to assess the position of women referees and men referees in higher level competitions. Methods: To get the aim of this diploma work, an anonymous non-standardized questionary was used. Consequently, a pilot survey was carried out. After this pilot survey, the results of data were worked out and assessed by using graphs. The questionary was sent out to Women First League referees and Karlsbad County referees. Results: The results indicated that it is not necessary to have a sport or pedagogical education for performing a football referee position. A large majority of referees were active football players. Women referees are more resepected at their positions rather by their colleagues men referees than by players and media. And still, there are visible differences in equality between a man and a woman. Key words: women rights, football characterstics, football referee
Rootage. Where do we belong? Home in contex.
Tůmová, Michaela ; Arbanová, Linda (referee) ; Špirk, Ivan (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with different aspects of home. They are here classified into three areas: 1. Home in relation to people, 2. Home in relation to a cultural context, 3. Home in relation to places and things. This thesis focuses on home as connected with a physical place (artificial and natural). The place of home is characterised as a place of existencial support which should let people feel safe. The thesis tries to define what kind of place is able to provide such support. It also emphasises the character of a place and its importance for feeling at home. The thesis reflects the connection of the topic to the area of fine art and puts forward possible application of the topic in teaching art.

Movement from within and from without
Tůmová, Michaela ; PILÁTOVÁ, Jana (advisor) ; OSWALDOVÁ, Petra (referee)
In my thesis, I describe and reflex upon working with imagined idea while in movement, as I have personaly experienced it during workshops for actors and dancers and during selected classes offered at the Department of Authorial Creativity and Pedagogy. My reflections are confronted with experience of a number of other participant of the workshops and with the expressed intentions of a selected number of teachers of these workshops. I deal with questions such as how the work with imagined ideas can influence one's movement, enrich the actor's motoric and expressive palette and how it can shape the way we experience our own body and influence our psychosomatic integrity. The first section of the thesis introduces theoretical background. The second section describes in detail individual exercises with movement based on imagined ideas and it includes also participants'and teachers' reflections and references to other contexts. The third section deals with the use of imagined ideas in movement while creating stage art.
