The Role of the European Union in the Israeli-Palestinian Peace Process

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is a role of the European Union in a conflict betweet the State Israel and the Palestinian Authority. It includes a sketch of a historical activity of European states in the region, but mainly it pursues the actual situation. It brings up a review of both bilateral and multilateral relations between the EU and either the State Israel or the Palestinian Authority. The Thesis also contains an analysis of the most actual events in the region, to whom also a question of Arab revolutions in 2011 is included. In the final part a possible future outlook is presented and recommendations for the EU's prospective activities are projected.

Does appreciation of the Czech crown lead to growth of the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic?

The paper investigates the impact of changes in the exchange rate of the Czech crown against the Euro on the rate of unemployment in the Czech Republic. The survey is using time series from 2000 to 2010 and there are used two models. A brief theoretical framework discusses several papers on this topic. The results of empirical testing confirm the hypothesis of the work. Appreciation of the Czech crown against the Euro by 1 crown causes an increase in the unemployment rate by 0.028% and by 0.023% with inclusion of average real wage into the model. Moreover German GDP, Czech import, labour productivity and average real wage have statistically significant effect (at least on the 10% significance level) on the growth of unemployment.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to analyse stimulative system of ROSS Holding, s.r.o. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practise. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current stimulative system and with analysis of stimulation of employees and their satisfaction with the stimulative system.

The goal of my thesis is to assess the financial health of the brewery Černá hora, as. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section describes the basic methods of financial analysis and related data resources and users. In the practical part, I apply the methods of financial analysis to brewery Černá hora. For a more precise evaluation of the results of financial analysis I carried out a comparison with the inter-family brewery Bernard. Finally, throughout the work are summarized all the findings from the analysis and assessment of the financial situation of the brewery.

Efektivnost výběru daně dědické a darovací v ČR za období let 2000 až 2005

Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu efektivnosti výběru daně dědické a darovací v České republice. V úvodní části je nejdříve popsáno zařazení těchto daní do daňového mixu České republiky a dále je podrobně popsán pojmový aparát. Druhá kapitola se věnuje popisu celkových nákladů a výnosů daňového systému a snaží se je rozdělit na administrativní náklady zdanění, vyvolané daňové náklady a nadměrné daňové břemeno. V poslední kapitole je provedena analýza nákladů a výnosů již přímo pro daň dědickou a darovací. Na základě této analýzy je učiněn závěr o efektivnosti těchto daní a jsou zde načrtnuty možné řešení pro zefektivnění výběru daně.
