Specifics of father-infant and mother-infant play with a child up to age of three

This diploma thesis is a part of the grant task n.406/01/220 of the Grant agency of the Czech republic. The grant task is focused on the specifics of early interactions of young child with the members of their family. The solver of the grant task is Doc. PhDr. Lenka ulová, CSc. The theoretical part of the work is devided into five main chapters. The first one is focused on the role of mother in childs development. The second one is oriented to the role of father. In the third chapter is closely analyse childs play up to age of three. The fourth chapter is focused on the specifics of mother-infant play, the fifth one is dedicated to the specifics of father-infant play. The research presented in the empirical part consists in the analysis of recorded play interactions of 1,2 and 3 years old childern with their mothers and fathers, that were taken in their homes with the standardized set of toys. The results were analysed by the programme V.I.P. into several categories (look, vokalisation, smile, manipulation with toys, motorical activity, physical contact). There were observed differences between mother-infant and father-infant play. The results are presented for each child separately, for 1,2 and 3 years old childern, for the whole sample and finally the development aspect was observed too.
Strahov Affairs in the Context of Student Movement in the 60's and their Resonance in Czechoslovak Contemporary Press

The diploma thesis Strahov Affairs in the Context of Student Movements and their Resonance in Czechoslovak Contemporary Press deals with the spontaneous demonstration of students staying at the college campus of the Czech Technical University in Prague. A demonstration for return of the genuine light and warmth to their halls was held on 31th October, 1967 and became a beginning of the changes in a youth organization that the students have been striving for a long time. The Strahov Affairs are also a milestone of the Prague Spring, which took place in the first half of 1968. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the Czechoslovak press has reported on the events at Strahov, and on the related activities of the young student generation. Two newspapers, Rude pravo (Red Law) and Mlada fronta (Young Front), and two student magazines, Student (Student) and Universita Karlova (Charles University) are subjected to a qualitative content analysis. In the selected press titles, articles were searched not only for domestic but also for foreign students, as there was a significant unrest between the young generation all over the world at that time. Drama and its use in kindergartens

This work is dealing with the drama education and its application in preschools. In the present work I am focusing on methods of the drama education, on the method of the improvisation. Further, I am trying to test weather the age of children has any influence on the improvisation and weather all selected methods of the drama education are suitable for all age groups of children in the preschool education. Not least, I am dealing which way is posible in preschools to provide a space for the improvisation. I use the method of participant observation and semistructured interview.
