Single-family detached house in Březina

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of a documentation for a detached family house in Březina. The house is designed for four people and consists two floors. Gable roof is over the main house and a flat roof over the adjacent carport, which has green roof. The base slab is made of reinforced concrete and is placed on a layer of foam glass aggregate. The envelope walls are designed from ceramic blocks filled with insulation. The carport is made of fair-faced reinforced concrete. The first floor contains an utility room, a study, a bathroom, a small toilet and a social part of the house. On the second floor is the private part of the house which consists of a master bedroom, rooms, and a bathroom and a separate toilet. The HVAC systems are designed for proper functionality of the building. The house will be heated using an air-to-water heat pump and heat distribution will be ensured through underfloor heating. The air exchange will be ensured by an air handling unit in combination with heat recovery. Fresh air will be supplied to living areas and extracted via sanitary facilities outside the home. Rainwater will be accumulated in a tank and further used for garden irrigation. Excess water will be infiltrated into the ground on the property. The project also includes an energy label prepared in the Energetika software. The designed family house falls into the classification class ,,A - exceptionally energy efficient'".
Timber house with crawl space

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a single storey detached passive house with crawl space in Svitávka. First part of the thesis is structural and architectural design of the house. Main living area comprises a living room connected with a kitchen, facing south-west. Two children’s bedrooms face south and the master bedroom faces east. Bathroom, toilet and utility room faces north. There’s a terrace adjacent to the southern facade of the building and a carport with a storage on the west side. The loadbearing structure of the house is timber frame supported by reinforced concrete foundation pads. External walls and floor are insulated with mineral wool, the flat roof is insulated with blow-in cellulose. Part of this thesis is research about crawl space and whether this type of foundation with ventilated gap works safely in our environment. Second part of the thesis is design of building services. The house is connected to electricity service line, water service pipe and sanitary sewer. Ventilation, domestic hot water heating and part of the space heating is ensured by multi-unit Nilan Compact with heat recovery. Auxiliary heat sources are a soapstone stove placed in the living room and electric heating panels. There are photovoltaic panels on the roof of the house. Rainwater is collected from the roofs and stored in stormwater tank for flushing the toilet and watering of the garden.
Apartment building in Moravské Budějovice

This thesis covers designing documentary materials for realization of a new- build property of a residential house. The residential house is planned on a flat land. It is a four-floor building with a cellar. The constructional system is brick of construction blocks POROTHERM. The building is based on foundation strips from pure concrete. Vertical supporting constructions are from blocks POROTHERM. Horizontal supporting constructions are from monolitic reinforced ferroconcrete. The roofs are solved as flat single housing cover. In the residential house there are 12 housing units, non-residential premises and a technical hall. The total built-up area is 380,82 m2, The attic height is +9,890. The building has got a barrierfree entrance, but there is no barrier-free flat here. There is a car park next to the residential house. There are a technical hall, gym, clubroom, a washroom, a pram room, a bicycle room, a storeroom and cellar booths for individual housing units. From the first floor up, there are individual housing units. Flats have an access from one central staircase. In this area, there is also planned a lift.
Apartment building

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of an apartment building located in the Brno-Černovice district. The house with five residential units is designed on a flat, as yet undeveloped plot of land. The building uses masonry structural system, has three floors above ground and no basement. A residential green roof is designed above part of the building, the rest of the building is covered with a flat roof. First part of the bachelor's thesis is a text part processing the accompanying report, a summary technical report and a technical report of the object and an extensive appendix containing visual documentation, an assessment of the object from the point of view of building physics and fire safety solutions of the object.
Guesthouse Pasohlávky

The topic of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new building of a boarding house with an establishment in passive standard. The building is designed in the village of Pasohlávky in the South Moravian region. The guesthouse is located in the cadastral territory of Mušov, parcel number 3163/364. The building has no basement with three above-ground floors. There are a total of 16 accommodation units on the upper floors. On the first above-ground floor there is a restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, technical facilities, sanitary facilities for guests and employees of the guesthouse. The accommodation units on the upper floors are equipped with balconies accessible from the rooms. The building is based on a reinforced concrete base plate. The structural system of the object is wall transverse. Vertical supporting structures are designed from sand-lime blocks, horizontal supporting structures are designed from reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof. The diploma thesis consists of a main text part and an appendix part.
Apartment house Žlíbky

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new apartment building in Brno in the Chrlice district in the South Moravian Region. The apartment building is located in the cadastral area of Brno - Chrlice, parcel number 1571/2. The solved object is a partially basement building with four above-ground floors. There are a total of 12 apartments on the upper floors. In the basement there are common areas of home equipment. The apartments on the upper floors, except for the first one, are equipped with balconies accessible from the bedrooms and living rooms. The apartments on the top floor are also equipped with terraces. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from brick blocks, horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof. The bachelor thesis consists of the main text part and the appendix part.
