Family house with hairdressing

The aim of the thesis submitted is to project house with hairdressing operation. The house has two above-the-ground and one underground floor. It is equipped with garage for two cars which is situated in the basement. The hairdressing operation is accessible via separate entrance. The foundations of the building are made of stepped reinforced concrete. Porotherm Profi blocks are used for vertical structures. Horizontal structures are also projected using Porotherm system – ceiling girders Pot and ceramic inserts are used. The roof is flat, with attic.

This bachelory thesis is a familly house with two floors, a garage for one space and with partially basement cellar suitable for a four piece family. The building is designed as timberframe construction of the system TWO by FOUR from the lumber KVH prisms. The object is covered by a shed roof, the garage also shed roof connected to the house. The layout of the ground floor is intended as the heart of the house, and a living room with kitchen and dining room, with access to the terrace located on the micropiled over the so-called crawl space and the fireplace in the mirror of the staircase. The resting zone is located in the second floor. The work includes documentation and drawing part prepared as documentation for the implementation of the construction.
Multifunctional Building

The dissertation contains the project and working out of the designing documentation for execution of a multifunctional building. The project deals with a new multifunctional building in the marginal part of the Olomouc city. The object is a brick building with no cellar and four above-ground floors. The ground plan of the building is regular and mainly rectangular. There are balconies at the corner and in the middle of the eastern part of building in above-ground floors. The last floor is partially receding and there are two terraces here. There is the flat roof construction. The horizontal and vertical supporting and non-supporting constructions are suggested from the Heluz´s brick system. There are three places of business on the ground floor and ten flats on the above-ground floors. The building site has a plane terrain.

The project is working on complete documetation of administrative building with two store rooms on groud level and underground automatical parking lot. Documentation is procesed in level of detailed drawing design. In building is designated 16 separated office rooms with supportive facilities. The footprint of house is 510 m2. On flat roof is placed a green vegetation layer. As support construction is used reinforced concrete frame with two way slabs. The proposal places emphasis on the static solution, building layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Dawings have been processed in software for design – Graphisoft Archicad.

The thesis deals with a complex reconstruction of the existing building of barracks, so-called brownfield, which is not used and maintained for a long time. The reconstructed building is determined to be a residential building designated for the target population of advanced age, where the housing units meet the construction and technical parameters for an adaptable apartment according to the public notice no. 398/2009 Coll. on general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is working out of project documentation. It is new building of family house in town Veľké Bierovce, which is located close of the county town Trenčín. Family house will consist from two aboveground floors and partially basement. Roof is flat mono-layer.The aboveground floors are designed from ceramic structural system HELUZ. Basement is designet from shuttering blocks from the system Premac tied by concrete reinforcement, embedded by plain concrete.The first aboveground floor will be served as living part of the object, the second floor is designed as resting area. In the basement located utility room, laundry room and storage rooms.

The bachelor project Family house is compiled in a from of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. The designed house is placed on the sites numbered 497/8 in village Liběšice. This is a new building without basement with two floors. The house has an irregular floor plan, is built from the system POROTHERM and is covered with a gable roof.

This thesis is focused on multifunctuinal building in Frenstat pod Radhostem. The building is two-storey with basement. Multifuctional building is situated in town centre near roundabout. The surrounding area consist of family houses, supermarket building and prefab housing estate. The goal was to create building that will not disturpt surrounding area with height and size and will create mirror effect on its facede. Mirror effect will show picture of nature around the building, especially of Beskydy mountains, To show Beskydy in the mirror the building has facade rotated to face these mountains. In basement of multifunctional house there is technical background and automatical parking stack. On the first floor the restaurant and cafeteria is situated also textil shop with their own background. On the second floor are situated offices.

The diploma thesis is based on design of a multifunctional building in Lazany. The object is situated in a build-up area. There is the patisserie and the grocery on the first floor. There is six flats on the second and the third floor. The building has three floors without a cellar. There is a parking for customers and tenantry of building. The object is based on the footings of plaint concrete and it is used the building system POROTHERM. The ceilings are made of ceiling panels SPIROLL and the roof is flat.
