Updating of Business Plan

Thesis is focused on the analysis of the macro surroundings of the private farm with emphasis on the analysis of the impact of changes in subsidy policy of the state and the EU. Follows the outline of the changes to the business plan with regard to the results of this analysis. The work is divided into four separate parts - the introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. In the theoretical part are described mainly basic concepts related to entrepreneurship, business, agriculture, and business plan. Further acquaintance with the theory of enterprise financing and financing through subsidies from the state. It is mentioned here and the methodology that is used in the following section. In the practical part is already applied to the analysis of the external environment of the enterprise. In particular, the political-legislative and economic sphere. This is further summarized using the method of MAPS. The following analysis follows comparing the 2014 and 2016 that will answer the research and sub-questions. This thesis serves as a basis for private agricultural company located on the market already ten years.
Health and desease - the point of selected churches in Czech Republic

The aim of the thesis is to find out the view of the spiritual leaders of the chosen Churches in the Czech Republic about the health and illness. Even though the Czech Republic is one of the most secularised countries in the world, Christianity is the mostly represented religion in here. Therefore, intentionally there were chosen three Christian Churches for the thesis, to discuss their attitudes towards the health and illness and compare their eventual differences. The respondents were five representatives from each of the following Churches Roman Catholic Church, Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren, and Czechoslovak Hussite Church. The study is based on qualitative interviews and respondents were chosen from the spiritual leaders.
Nurse care after a gigantomastia from the point of view of lady clients

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out the most important aspects of nursing care for women after gigantomasty operation. Whether women are sufficiently informed before the operation on nursing care and on possible postoperation complications. Another aim was to find out possible differences between preand post-operation care provided by a private clinic and a hospital facility. The last aimwas to find out whether somatic problems have been reduced or completely removedin clients after breast reduction surgery. Several conclusions can be drawn from the research. Women undertake breast reduction surgery mainly because of their physicalproblems. Clients are only notified of possible post-operation complications by meansof informed consent. We have come to a conclusion that the approach of nurses as wellas nursing care differ at both the workplaces. Clients appreciate psychological and emphatic approach of nurses. A final survey carried out half a year later showed that the expected results came true.
