	The Development of Franchising in the Czech Market Skořepová, Štěpánka ; Šálková, Daniela (advisor) ; Jaroslav, Jaroslav (referee) The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find out if it is possible to start a new successful franchise bussines in the fast food sector in the Czech Republic. It is a sector where a large number of strong franchise businesses are already operating. The theoretical part of the thesis presents general information on franchising with main focus on the establishment of franchised business and cooperation within the business. In the practical part of the thesis an existing gastronomic business Amour et Crepes is introduced. It is a company that has been operating in the fast food sector for a couple of years and is currently considering to expand its business through the method of franchising. On the basis of the conducted analysis an economic efficiency is assessed for both the Amour et Crepes as a potential franchisor and the future franchisee. It is further assessed what are the pros and cons and risk factors of franchise as a method of a business development for Amour et Crepes. The conclusion part of the thesis includes recommendation whether franchising is the right method for Amour et Crepes´s business development. Detailed record
	Analysis of main factors influencing the appraising of real estate Skořepová, Štěpánka ; Dušek, David (advisor) ; Šrytr, Pavel (referee) The diploma thesis focuses on the main factors influencing the appraising of real estate. Factors are divided into 4 general groups: economic factors; political and administrative factors, social and demographic factors and physical factors. The influence of the analyzed factors is applied to the appraisal of two flat units; a flat unit located in Rychnov n. Kněžnou and a flat unit situated in Prague. Both units are appraised based on the administered price and by values determined through the cost approach method, the income approach method and the comparison approach method. 	Analýza finančního hospodaření vybraných zdravotních pojišťoven v letech 2002 - 2006 Skořepová, Štěpánka ; Ježková, Alena (advisor) Práce je zaměřena na jeden z nejvíce diskutovaných témat ? zdravotnictví. Rozebírá finanční hospodaření vybraných zdravotních pojišťoven v letech 2002 ? 2006. Analyzovanými pojišťovnami jsou Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda, Hutnická zaměstnanecká pojišťovna a Zdravotní pojišťovna Ministerstva vnitra ČR. Práce se zabývá základním fondem zdravotního pojištění, který vykazuje informace o příjmech z pojistného z veřejného zdravotního pojištění a věcných dávkách za zdravotní péči. Dále rozebírá provozní fond zdravotních pojišťoven, ve kterém se zobrazuje hospodaření z provozní činnosti pojišťoven. Detailed record
