This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of documentaion of a low energy family house in Jemnice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standarts. The family house is located on plot number 1152/6 in Jemnice area. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 9,85x12,65m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with pitched roofs.

The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 500/51 in Vladislav area. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 13,1x8,35m. The roof of the building is designed saddle roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C20/25 concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of wall circuit systems.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design a new low-energy residential building in the village Martínkov. Residential building is located on mostly flat land on the village periphery. The building has a basement, three floors. There are two apartments 4+KK on each above-ground floor. In the basement there are four separate garages for apartments´ residents and storage areas. The building is of brick masonry structural system Heluz, the flat roof is single ply covering. The external walls are designed with a contact insulation system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 17.

The building has two floors "T" shape without basement. Dimensions of the house are 13,1 x 11,1 m. The roof of the house is designed flat roof. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced by kari´s netting 100/100/6 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the flat roofs.

The task of this bachelor's thesis is a technical solution of a family house based on a given architectural design. The building is meant to comply with the current low-energy standards. Floor plan of the object is in a shape of irregular wave, main orientation of the object is to the south. Whole object is covered by extensive green roof.
