Rail wear in track curves of small radii

The diploma thesis deals with a rail wear in curves with a small radius (R < 500 m), in the national corridor railway, between stations Blansko and Svitavy. The diploma thesis deals with the impact of the track gradient, the horizontal layout of the track, traffic composition, and direction of travel on the size of the horizontal and vertical rail wear. Also, the influence of rail steel grade is discussed in the diploma thesis.
Verification of method of reconstruction of spatial distribution of refractive index by a holographic microscope

Abstract The subject of the bachelor thesis is an application of transmission digital holographic microscope for verification of reconstruction of spatial distribution of the refractive index. Using eccentric pinhole as a light source is the object illuminated by a plane wave inclined to the optical axis. Different rotations of a pinhole gives us projections of the object. We have tried to reconstruct the refractive index using tomographic methods. This thesis contains design of a rotating pinhole aperture. The illumination and mounting was solved and a functionality was also proved. Experimental part deals with the reconstruction of refractive index of a tested object.
Dataset Annotator for Neural Network Training

The goal of this thesis is design and implementation of a system for image data annotation which will learn neural networks. An important feature of this system is the iterative approach of learning, where the annotated set is extended by the neural network itself and users make corrections of these extensions. The system consists of an information system with an embedded annotation tool. Information system communicates with neural network management program. The information system is designed according to the MVC architectural model. The frontend of the application is built on JavaScript library - React and is designed according to Material Design conventions using the Material-UI framework. The frontend maintains a permanent connection to the Python backend using the WebSocket protocol, which is also used by the backend to communicate with the neural network management program. The NoSQL database system uses MongoDB technology. 
Optimization of track section Hanušovice - Jeseník km 0,7 - 3,5

The Bachelor thesis is devoted to the reconstruction of track section Hanušovice – Jeseník km 0,7 – 3,5. Goal was incerase track speed up to maximum. The Bachelor thesis include reconstruction of railway station Potůčník, also for persons with reduced mobility and orientation. Bachelor thesis is devoted also to geometric parameters of the track.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a sestavením nového spektrometru opticky detekované magnetické rezonance (ODMR) modifikací stávajícího spektrometru magnetického kruhového dichroismu (MCD) přivedením mikrovlnného ozařování. Je navrhnut nový držák vzorku umožnující osvětlení jak viditelným světlem, tak mikrovlnným zářením. Pro přivedení vlnění o nižších frekvencích je navržena anténa, určená k umístění pod vzorkem. Schopnosti celého systému jsou demonstrovány na sloučenínách kovových komplexů.
Znovupoužitelný 2D editor pro webové aplikace

The goal of this work is to implement a 2D editor as a library for web applications together with a test application. The library primarily targets segmentation neural network and remote use environments with optimizations for data transfer. First, the reader is introduced to frontend application development with a focus on 2D graphics editing and image data display. Next, an analysis of the needs for a 2D editor with applications to annotation editing and displaying results in computer vision tasks is presented. The result of the analysis is then converted into a system design, which is subsequently implemented and tested.
Agricultural waste treatment

As a result of the deteriorating state of the environment due to intensive industrial and agricultural production activities, it is necessary to proceed to the pressure on polluters, both legislatively and economically. Slurry as a by-product is a valuable complex organomineral fertilizer. Its fertilization value is comparable with manure, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium fertilizers. Moreover, the slurry has a significant content of organic substances. Slurry as a fertilizer is important especially today, when the czech agriculture has a great deficiency of manure caused by reduction in cattle. That s why slurry is an important alternative of fertilizers with biological origin with no pollutants. After production slurry contains many biologically harmful substances, so it s necessary to store it in slurry basins. Chemical and physical reactions during a period of four to six months cause, that slurry is rid of unwanted substances and qualities.
