Technology project and layout for holder
Perutka, Michal ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
PERUTKA, Michal. The draft layout of technology and production of holder. Thesis of the Bachelor´s studies, 3rd year, academic year 2008/2009, education group 3P1. FSI VUT Brno, Department of Engineering Technology, Department of Forming, May 2009, pages 50, pictures 23, tables 8, supplements 9. The project solved in the framework of Bachelor´s studies presents a proposal of the technology and production arrangement of a holder – piece of steel 11 320.0. The estimated series production is 1 000 000 pieces ar year. The thesis describes the manufacturing operations sheet metal cutting, bending and surface treatment. Processual cutting tool used standardized parts and should be treated as a simple assembly clamped to the press LENR 40-A (manufacturer ŠMERAL Trnava, Slovakia with a nominal shearing force 400 kN), which is also used for the bending operation realized on a simple bending tool, clamped also in the form of a stand in the same kind of press.
Technology project for general production of the "PC-box cover"
Křivý, Drahoš ; Horák, Jaroslav (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
The project, which was done within the scope of engineering’s study shows the proposal of new technology and production organization of a part “PC cover” – a piece done by deep drawing technology from steel sheet of material 11 321. The study shows some of production operations such as cutting, bending, drawing and shearing, included production method solving. In the project were solved also necessary technological calculations and constructional drafts of forming tool. The whole work covers a complex solution of problems related to production of PC cover together with technological disposition of workplace which represents effective layout, distribution and designing of workplace and machines, used for production of the part in a workshop
Optimization in conveyer rollers production
Veverka, Štěpán ; Heinl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
Presented document deals with optimization in conveyer rollers production in accordance with rationalizing project for Transroll – CZ, s.r.o. company. With consideration of available literature from section of technological projection and technology of machining, the industrial process is analyzed with focus on material flow and layout solution of factory shop. Consecutively the options of possible machines allocation are designed, which eliminate some disadvantages of default position. Selection of suitable option, its evaluation and technical-economic evaluation of whole project are also parts in this document.
Technological project of production line for plastic windows
Nejedlý, Jindřich ; Heinl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on rationalization of production line for plastic windows production in RI OKNA a.s. (Inc.). Evaluation of production line’s current estate is being done as well as weak point detection. On these bases some new variations for improvement are being suggested. The winning variation is drown up into the technological project and put through an economical evaluation.
Production of door holder by bending
Košťál, Ivo ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Novotný, Karel (advisor)
The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies branch 2303R002 is submitting design of Production technology of door holder made from sheet-metal quality 11 373. The batch is 50 000 pc. per year. On the basis of literature study was made possible production technology analyse. The result is 5-steps production technology. For technology project, which is concerned, were done technology calculations as well as calculations of shearing and bending pressures. The next there were determined possible forming machines eccentric presses LEN (producer TOMA Trnava). For each from production steps was designed progressive shearing die conception, bending die for pre-bending of hinge eye as well for final bending and ideological design of bending die for bending of side holder.
Project of line for engine parts production
Tuška, Jiří ; Horák, Jaroslav (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
The topic of the thesis is counting the capacity calculations for two and three-shift operation of the four components of jet engines, deisgn layouts of each workstation of line, compare the cost of the two and three-shift operation and recommendation of appropriate option.
Realization of assembling line for AdBlue valve
Kozelský, Aleš ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
This diploma thesis concerns in design and realization of assembling line of a 2/2 seat valve for commercial vehicles sector. Design is using Autodesk Inventor. Thesis describes phases and goals of project management – in this case management of technological/manufacturing transfer.
Production of connector
Kočka, Jiří ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deal with the proposal of connector manufacturing from bronze sheet CuSn6, thickness 1.5mm in production volume of 1.600.000 parts per year. From considered manufacturing variants there was chosen shearing and forming technology of thread in the progressive stamping die. For part production was selected pressing machine Bruderer 1250 with nominal pressing force 1250 kN from company E. Bruderer Maschinenfabrik AG. In the economical evaluation there were determined expenses 21.6 Kč per one piece including demanded profit. The turning point was calculated at production of 165.522 parts.
Rationalization project of air-filters production
Buďa, Vojtěch ; Heinl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with rationalization layout of air and fuel filters production in the company MANN-HUMMEL (CZ) s.r.o., which ensures minimization of work in process and design optimal load of production on the basis measured and analyzed times operations of production. Part of thesis is the design layouts of workplace with selection of optimal variation which provides shortening and better overview on flow of material production.
Simulated Verification of Complex Technology Project
Varjan, Matúš ; Hrubý, Jiří (referee) ; Lenort,, Radim (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
In the introduction, doctoral thesis as a complex technological project uses the summary title Stability of production. Stability of production is defined as a maintaining the required properties of the system over a given time period. Stability of production, based on the literature study included: – generally known systems and concepts, for example Process Stability, System Stability, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, etc. – less-known systems and concepts, for example Maintaining the fidelity of the production program, Stable order-sequence concept. The practical part of the doctoral thesis is focused on the less-known concept: Stable order-sequence. The task of the Stable order-sequence is to follow the sequence of orders given by the planned production program in the course of the production and at the end of production. Maintaining the sequence of the orders has a positive experience in the logistics activities between the final producer and its suppliers. As it was found by the planned experiment for a full factory plan, the sequence of orders in the material flow of original equipment manufacturer is influenced mainly by: – the cause of the removing orders from material flow, – the effect of the causes LIFO stack vs. branched material flow, – the effect of the causes LIFO stack vs. branched material flow vs. the removing from the material flow. By the analysis of Stable order-sequence, it was found that the methodology of the concept contains deficiencies. It does not state how to choose for example the size of the time period, time interval, data editing etc. By this lack, the subject can skew the results in the evaluation of the indicator PFT0 up to 4 %. Or by using of suitable adjustment, the value of the indicator PFT0 can be improved more than 50 %. To test the concept of a Stable order-sequence in practice has been designed technological project with the support of discrete-event simulation. It was about the implementation of new management logic to the stack behind the welding of original equipment manufacturer. The new logic of management was designed with an emphasis on Stable order-sequence concept, to arrange the orders in process according to the planned sequence. On the base of the functionality verification of the new stack logic, it was found that the logic affects the sequence of the orders, but not fundamentally. In tracking the hourly intervals for 25th calendar week 2013, the value of PFT0 was not improved in 37 cases, the value remains in 30 cases and the value was improved by the value of the median 18,68 % in 30 cases orders.
