This thesis is focuses on the comparison and selection of the most appropriate term deposits for the company REALITY K, s.r.o. of bank and non-bank savings institutions operating on the czech market. The analysis and subsequent comparison of selected term deposit is made on the basis of the ranking method and subsequently using the scoring. From results of the analysis and the comparison are then selected and recommended the best combination term deposits for the management of the company.

The mentioned comparison is based on an analysis of the supply of loans provided by subjects selected out of the Czech market, and is led by following criteria: purpose, the amount of credit, surety, the APR.

This diploma thesis deals with the fundamental analysis of selected metals as commodities, for use in the production of batteries for electric vehicles, to hedge against changes in the price of physical raw materials. Selected metals are analyzed based on the fundamental parameters, historical price development and the current situation on the commodity market. Based on these fundamental data, a recommendation is formulated for the method of hedging the prices of selected commodities.

Selected companies are subjected to financial analysis, then an intercompany comparison and verification using a bankruptcy model is performed. From this analysis, a proposal is made to expand the investment portfolio of the equity hedge fund.

This bachelor thesis deals with one of the biggest social problems of present days, with the retirement system. Regarding the fact that the retirement system in the Czech Republic is unsatisfactory, it is necessary to prepare for the retirement individually without relying on the support of the state. I aim my bachelor thesis at selected products of the financial market that can help ensure contented old age. The analysis takes into consideration the age, the amount of savings and, last but not least, the tax rates to which people belong. The theoretical part deals with the most important definitions and describes the functioning of particular products. The practical part analyses examples of clients saving their money at different times, in different combinations of investment sum, and various examples of tax groups. This part deals with comparison of different products and tries to find the ideal combination for saving for the old age.
Analysis of Current Conditions Under which Banking and Nonbanking Institutions Grant Loans to Individuals in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of lending of bank and non-bank institutions to individuals in the Czech Republic and also with the evaluation of its current conditions, aiming at devising a recommendation for individuals. It focuses on the legal theoretical aspects of loan granting in the contemporary Czech Republic. Based on those findings, an analysis and a comparison of particular consumer credits are made and the ways of improving the lending to individuals are suggested.
The use of qualitative modeling in solving problems associated with external credit rating

The doctoral dissertation studies applications of the methods of qualitative modelling to solve problems associated with external credit ratings. Qualitative modelling is a tool which can solve tasks under shortage of relevant information items. Correlation analysis is used if relevant data sets are available and complement the qualitative analysis. External credit rating assessments are closely related to possibilities of insolvency of business entities and the subsequent bankruptcies. Mutual interlinks of bankruptcy probabilities and qualitative models are presented in details. Two specific models are given. Due to the adopted legislative measures were also tested match of the ratings from a variety of external credit rating agencies using cluster and correlation analysis. The above mentioned results are used to develop a qualitative model of external credit ratings, which is the main outcome of this dissertation. The results of model scenarios of assessment of the influence of regulation external credit rating on the business entity, investors, as well as regulatory authorities are presented in details.
