Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with the diagnosis after knee arthroscopy. Objective: Acquisition of theoretical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics of the knee joint and physiotherapy techniques used for this diagnosis. In the special section has been selected to develop a case study patient during work placements. Method: The general part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint in terms of anatomy and biomechanics, traumatology as well as soft knee imaging, clinical examination, knee and therapeutic procedures. A special section covers the case of a patient, where it is processed history, input kinesiology analysis, process therapeutic units, output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: Increasing the range of motion and muscle strength, eliminate swelling operated leg. Key words: Knee joint, meniscus, arthroscopy, case study, physiotherapy, rehabilitation.

Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome Target: The objective of bachelor thesis is to describe the problems cervicobrachil syndrome Abstract: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part contains of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology of cervical spine. It states here the definition, cause, clinical features, therapeutic approaches to the issue. A special section is the most important part of the bachelor thesis. A special section is devoted to case report and determination of the a physiotherapy plan. The case report discussed in detail contains anamnesis, the input kinesiology analysis, short- and long-term plan, records of the therapeutics units, the output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect therapy. Case of study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Pacient after the Reconstruction of Ligamentum Cruciatum Anterius

This work consists of two parts, general and special. On the special one was focused more attention. In the general part we can learn basic information about anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the knee. There is described the mechanism of injury of a soft knee, methods of examination and diagnosis, treatment of LCA rupture with conservative and surgical treatment and rehabilitation before and after a surgery. The special part gives a detailed description of the case of study of a patient after ACL rupture. The study has been made during the continuous professional experience, which I undertook at the end of January and February in the Regional Hospital Kladno.

Title: Case report of therapeutic care of patient after luxation of shoulder joint Objectives: The objective of this thesis is a detailed presentation of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after shoulder joint luxation. Another aim of the work is to summarize theoretical knowledge about upper limb girdle. This will be done mostly from the point of view of traumatology of shoulder joint and subsequent practical use of this theoretical knowledge in physiotherapeutic practice in case report elaboration of a patient after shoulder joint luxation. Methods: This work is divided into two main parts. The first one is theoretical and describes the problematic of upper limb girdle area from the point of view of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and traumatology. The theoretical part further deals with classification of shoulder joint luxations and their subsequent therapy. The second part presents a detailed elaboration of a case study of a patient after traumatic shoulder joint luxation. The case study of a patient with this diagnosis was elaborated in Regional hospital Kladno during the dates of 21. 3. 2013 and 15. 2. 2013. 1 Summary Title: Case report of therapeutic care patient with lateral humeral epicondylitis Object of paper: The primary aim of this work is to demonstrate both theoretical and practical information to the subject of lateral humeral epincondylitis on the grounds of a case report of a patient with this diagnosis, which was established during a hospital university-internship. Abstract: The general part of this work includes theoretical information about lateral humeral epicondylitis, or generally known as enthesopathies, their diagnostic and possibilities of treatment. Where as the specific part of this bachelor dissertation shows a case report of a patient with lateral humeral epicondylitis. Case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient after implantation of unicompartmental knee replacement

Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient after implantation of unicompartmental knee replacement Summary: This study focuses on the kazuistic of the patient with unicompartmental knee replacement. It consists of a general and a specialized part. In the first theoretical part are described the anatomic structures, biomechanics of the knee, gonarthrosis, the conservative and surgical treatment of gonarthrosis, and are also discussed approaches of physiotherapy in patients after partial knee replacement. The main part of thesis is the specialized part. In this second part, a case report is described. It contains anamnesis, initial kinesiologic examination, course of the therapy, final kinesiologic examination and evaluation of the therapy. The results of physiotherapeutic care of the patient are: increased range of motion of the knee, improvement of muscular strength of lower limbs and the overall improvement of the patient, leading to self-sufficiency. The main objective of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the issue of unicondylar knee joint and the practical application of physiotherapy practices for selected patient. Conservative treatment and motivation of patient with vertebrogenic algic lumbosacral syndrom

Název práce: Konzervativní léčba a motivace pacienta s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem lumbosakrálním Conservative treatment and motivation ofpatient with vertebrogenic algic lumbosacral syndrom. Cíle práce: Přehled metodik používaných při léčbě vertebrogenního algického syndromu lumbosakrálního. Jejich využití v praxi a účinnost terapie. Vliv sociokulturního zázemí pacienta, motivace a vůle pacienta na úspěšnost léčby. Metoda: Návrh a demonstrace terapie vertebrogenního algického syndromu lumbosakrálního v praxi. Komparace - kasuistiky dvou pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem lumbosakrálním a rozdílnou motivací k terapii. Výsledky: Žádná metoda není univerzálně použitelná a nejlepší. Důležitý je individuální přístup terapeuta, ale hlavně spolupráce pacienta, který v terapii věří a aktivně se podílí na léčebném procesu. Největší vliv na motivaci pacienta pro léčbu má jeho sociokulturní zázemí. Klíčová slova: bederní páteř, diagnostika, konzervativní léčba, motivace a vůle pacienta
