It contains a summary of basic concepts and procedures related to children in preschool age, first aid, selected acute conditions of childhood and lay resuscitation of child. The empirical part was carried out by quantitative exploratory investigation. The required data were obtained from the parents of children in Kindergarten in Chrastava and Elementary school practical and Kindergarten in Hrádek nad Nisou . Based on the analysis of the data reveals gaps in knowledge work of parents in providing first aid and especially in resuscitation. Valuation of Choceňská mlékárna, s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. to the date 30th April 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part informs the reader about the methodology used when valuating a company and this information is than applied in the practical. First of all there is a strategic analysis (analysis of both macro- and microenvironment) followed by evaluating of health of the company using a financial analysis. Based on these analyses' the company is found healthy and therefore a yield method (FCFF) is used for the valuation. Subsequently a financial plan is made to be used for valuating using the yield method. The valuation of the company is in the end of this thesis establishing both the value of the whole company and the equity.

This Bachelor's Thesis is focused on public transport in the Český Brod area. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on railway and bus transport, because these two transport subsystems are in Český Brod. The practical part is focused on the Prague Integrated Transport, railway transport, bus transport and continuity of railway and bus transport and it's optimization. The continuity of the two transport subsystems and it's optimization is the main objective of this Bachelor's Thesis.

Kupní rozhodovací proces spotřebitele na trhu sjezdových lyží

Analyzování potřeb, přání a postojů zákazníků přináší cenné informace, potřebné pro vývoj nových výrobků, zdokonalování jejich vlastností, určování cen, způsobů propagace a forem distribuce. Cílem této diplomové práce je dospět k určitým závěrům o rozhodování spotřebitele při nákupu sjezdových lyží a identifikovat jeho jednotlivé kroky. Výzkum kupního rozhodovacího procesu spotřebitele na tomto trhu je založen na písemném dotazování. Získané výsledky z dotazníkového výzkumu jsou v práci zpracovány a interpretovány.
