Draft of intelligent wiring for a house with a PV system and its economic evaluation
Brtnický, Pavel ; Ptáček, Michal (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This master´s thesis applies to design of power and data wiring controlle by an intelligent wiring. The aim is to get to know the issue and design a project for family house that includes fhotovoltaic power station. In the introduction is a description of the inteligent wirings, its potential, topology, advantages or disadvantages towards standard electroinstallations,it also presents an overview of widely used intelligent wiring, especially Foxtrot. What follows is the subject itself for what is the project designated for. The next topic will be a presentation of complete electroinstallation and photovoltaic power station. It all ends with an economic evaluation of the whole project.
Crisis scenario model of a large power outage
Bláha, Michal ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis describes legislation addressing the issue of power outages. The issue of blackout is explained here, along with the general effects on society. The work goes on to describe the most historically important blackouts in the world and the states of emergency that occurred in the Czech Republic. In the next part, a fictionalcity is created to demonstrate the consequences of blackout. Furthermore, the work describes how the city would deal with such a resulting blackout. In the end, a recommendation is proposed for a fictional city that would make the city more resistant to further blackout.
Technical and economic comparison of electrical system designs of the hotel complex
Šedivý, Tomáš ; Jurák, Viktor (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to implement the designs of electrical power supply of a selected hotel complex and related technical and non-technical comparison. The subject is specifically to compare the power supply solution options through a centralized power centre, separate transformer stations located within the complex, for example in terms of the evaluation of active power losses on the line, investment and operating costs or in terms of space requirements, etc.
Comparison of free available software for the calculation of electric network parameters
Dvořák, Radim ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare freely available software for calculating the parameters of electrical networks. The first part is used to give an idea how to operate in the programs Sichr, DOC, Spider (xSpider) and ~ SIMARIS design and their evaluation in terms of usability, requirements, graphical interface and controllability. Furthermore, a technical analysis of specific topologies of specified distribution networks is performed in the work. In the second part, the calculation of network parameters was performed using the SW above. Finally, the realized calculations of voltage drops and short-circuit currents using individual programs were compared with each one another.
Technical design of extensive replacement of overhead lines by HV cables in given distribution area
Bracek, David ; Kolacia, Tomáš (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the technical design of extensive replacement of overhead lines by high voltage cables in the given distribution area. In its first part the thesis is focused on the survey of the concerning legislation and technical standards, which must be followed during making technical design documentation. It also mentions the processes which precede the replacement itself. There are also the operational differences between the overhead lines and the high voltage cables in the first part, too. The second part is focused on the technical description of the given area, the technical design of the replacement by high voltage cables and the realization of calculation, which is important as a base for further realization of technical arrangements. The consideration of technical feasibility and economic efficiency are also contained in the second part.
Design of LV distribution network reconstruction within the long-term network development strategies
Navrátil, Stanislav ; Wasserbauer, Vojtěch (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a low voltage distribution grid. The thesis includes theoretical knowledge related to this topic. Great emphasis is placed on development strategies in the area of low voltage distribution networks. A practical part of the thesis is focused on analysis of the real low voltage distribution grid followed by designing reconstruction solution. This solution is based on technical standards ČSN, PNE and procedures used in ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. company. For this purpose computing software DAISY Bizon Projektant will be used.
Use of the MAWIS Photo solution for data collection and creation of 3D building models
Viktorin, Tomáš ; Wasserbauer, Vojtěch (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of the MAWIS Photo service for data collection and creation of 3D models with a specific focus on cable routes. In this context, the thesis provides a basic overview of the legislation and technical standards relevant to the implementation of projects and the control of cable route construction. It also focuses on a detailed description of the MAWIS Photo web application, including it`s usability, basic principles of operation, advantages and disadvantages. The thesis also discusses GIS systems and surveying in relation to energy construction. In the practical part of the thesis, the applicability of the application in practice is verified, specifically the description of the measured cable route, measurements, creation of a 3D model of the structure, subsequent creation of drawing documentation and evaluation of the achieved results. Following the direct experience gained with the use of MAWIS Photo application, the thesis also provides a critical evaluation of the applicability of the application itself in the practice of power structures.
Analysis of 110 kV distribution network in the Otrokovice nodal area
Vachutka, Ondřej ; Kučera, Michal (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with analysis of distribution network 110 kV in south Moravia area. Therefore it makes basic description of the scope EG.D, a.s. company, current state of the 110 kV electricity network and their development. The practical part of the master's thesis is focused on the transmission capacity of the 110 kV wiring and the voltage monitoring in the substation during winter network load. Simulations were constructed for analysis of network load for the years 2020, 2025, 2030 and 2035. Steady state was calculated for the normal state as well as for the emergency state (N-1). The analysis was created to ensure 110 kV distribution network in the nodal area Otrokovice during the failure of the entire 400/110 kV Otrokovice transformation station for the years 2025, 2030 and the design of a new 400/110 kV substation.
Aging curves of elements of the distribution network
Bočan, Tomáš ; Malínský, Vladimír (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current methodology, provided by the client EG.D, a.s., for the creation of aging curves of distribution system elements, specifically the evaluation of the provided input data, from which a new methodology is subsequently created. The new methodology is applied to the high voltage support points and compared with the original methodology. The paper also includes an analysis of the ageing of distribution system elements and its application to each regional distribution network operator, as an important illustrative and general overview to better understand the individual context.
Influence of All-dielectric self-supporting cable on the mechanics of middle voltage overhead line
Nedoma, Jakub ; Čáslava, Jiří (referee) ; Ptáček, Michal (advisor)
This thesis is focused on assessing the impact of retrofitting dielectric All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable (ADSS) to existing MV overhead line. This type of optical cable is a means of future strengthening of the communication infrastructure of the distribution network. However, its mechanical properties are significantly different from the properties ACSR cable, due to which its installation can be problematic in terms of meeting the requirements of the PNE 33 3301 standard. In practical part, this work deals with the design of the ADSS installation on the existing MV line and the determination of its impact based on the assessment of the results of this design.
