Social Issues in the Documents Related to the Assumption of Power by the Xi Jinping Leadership (2012 - 2013)

The present paper's aim is to observe the reflection of problematic social phenomenons in China in the key Party documents related to the assumption of both party and state power of the 5th generation leadership headed by Xi Jinping (born 1953), concretely the Report on the Work of the Government of the leaving 4th generation leadership delivered at the 18th National Congress in November 2012 and the Resolution delivered at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in November 2013. Comperison quality of eggs depending on form of feeding

The topic of my dissertation is Comparison of the quality of eggs depending on the method of feeding. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the quality of hen eggs changes after adding crushed grape seeds in the compound feed of the hens. Grape seeds are formed as a side product during wine making processes and contain large amounts of biologically active substances and suitable acids, which can improve the feed conversion and subsequently also improve the technological properties of eggs. With processing of grape seeds the effective utilization of crop residues in vineyards comes about. The experiment was conducted in two experimental periods and in each period 100 laying hens were surveyed. They were separated into two groups an experimental and a control one. In the control group the hens were fed with a standard mixture of N2 feed and in the experimental group there was a supplement of 5 weight percent of crushed grape seeds in the compound feed. Eggs were collected daily and once every two weeks an analysis of technological properties of eggs was conducted. The results of the experiment showed that the addition of crushed grape seeds containing a biologically active substance did not have a statistically significant effect on the quality and selected technological parameters of eggs.

Packing of meat products, technology and market trends

This bachelor work is focused on packing types and packaging technology of meat products. The first part of the thesis aims at meat manufacturing and meat products production. Further, the work deals with meat products wrapping split and what are the main requirements onto each. The fifth and sixth chapter turns to packing technologies in terms of meat production. The last chapters are about mistakes and marks of meat products.

Shromažďování technických podkladů k hodnocení rizika geneticky modifikované řepky olejné

Cílem projektu bylo shromáždit technické podklady k hodnocení rizika geneticky modifikované řepky olejné, tj. stanovit výskyt transgenních rostlin řepky olejné a jí příbuzných druhů na těch lokalitách, kde byla v předchozích letech pěstována geneticky modifikovaná řepka olejná. Jedná se o odběr vzorků rostlinného materiálu z výše uvedených lokalit, uchování odebraných rostlinných vzorků, analýzy těchto vzorků na přítomnost genu bar a vyhodnocení analýz.
