Furnaces for heat treatment of metals

The bachelor thesis focuses on construction of furnaces for heat treatment of metal. The classification and description of heat treatment of steel, cast iron, non-iron metal and their alloys was based on literature review. The description of the key ways of temperature transfer is provided: by conduction, convection, and radiation. The furnace type’s distinction was created according to the types of construction, heat treatment, and its purpose. The main focus was on chamber furnaces construction and their use. In addition the performance calculation, insulation types overview, ways of heating, temperature distribution, and also heat measurement, and regulation needed for treatment are presented. The thesis provides also assessment of advantages and disadvantages of insulation types and selected ways of heating (i.e. flame and resistance heat sources).

Unstable Paintings

My diploma thesis depends on form of traditional hanging picture. The theme of "unstable images" I tried to complete in three cycles Špalky, Kaktusy and Čaje. I filled them with two narrative paintings Kardinálové and one solo piece Acaccia hand. I'm trying to find a shape of the subject matter that would fill the picture significance of such a character that display that object could become replaceable.

The Bachelor Thesis "Marketing of the online communities" is devoted to online virtual communities, one of the phenomena of the current Internet. Goal of this thesis is to determine the factors that predispose the successful operation of online communities. The thesis defines the essentials features of social media, characterized by online communities and their role in marketing. It deals with strategic and tactical aspects of building and maintaining successful online communities. Based on the analysis of five selected Czech successful media (online communities) from different areas determine the factors, that predispose the successful operation of online communities. The work provides guidance for companies and individuals to build and maintain their own viable online community so that it leads to meet its marketing objectives.
