Ing Jitka Vodáková, CSc. Abstract: The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze experiential education and its role in pre-school education. The aim is to demonstrate on particular examples the positive influence experiential education has on child's personality development between the age of 3 and 7. The thesis explains general principles used in experiential education such as motivation, rules, evaluation of the process, psychological aspects, and teachers' training. The analysis reflects the historical context which led to the development of experiential education. Additionally, it draws upon scientific knowledge about child's development; namely, personality and social development, speech development, and development of perceptional, cognitive, and motor skills. The thesis also explains the importance of practical activities, narration, and role-playing in pre- school education. Vietnamese Water Puppet Theatre

This Bc. thesis deals with the Vietnamese water puppet theatre, which is one of the genres of Vietnamese theatre. Special emphasis will be placed on the general characteristics of the theatre and on its component parts. The thesis will briefly describe the development of the theatre and the main events in its history. Then it will concentrate on the individual theatre companies, on the role of the puppeteers and on the position of women in this art. The individual scenes in the performances and the characters appearing in them will also be described and analyzed. Then the technical aspects of the theatre, including the production of the puppets and the manners of manipulating the puppets will be discussed. The thesis is concluded with the description of the role of the musical accompaniment, which has always had an irreplaceable role in the performances. The bachelor thesis is focused on the identification of all factors which influence job seekers to choose personal agency. The theoretical part of this thesis describes basic definition which is used in practical part afterwards. The main goal is to define marketing and communication activities of recruitment agency Advantage Consulting ltd. The internal and external environments of recruitment agency were analyzed and also there were found strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The communication strategy was proposed according to the results of completed questionnaire to make improvement to current strategy.
