Steganography
Podhorský, Jiří ; Kubíček, Radek (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor project focuses on steganography and presents new modifications of known metods steganography and their implementation. It also presents implementation of adaptive metod Neighbours, for comparison. Both of the metods are based on the "Least Significant Bit" exploitation. It is also demonstrated that newly proposed modification can be used in other metods of steganography. The purpose of proposed method is to encode a secret information into the digital image so that the information is not easily detectable.
Diode shaping circuits for generators of periodic signals
Podhorský, Jiří ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is designing two types of nonlinear diode shaping circuits for generators of triangle periodic signals. Thesis consists of diode circuit theoretical analysis and their design and calculation of circuit singles elements. After design printed circuit boards, complementing and recovery equipment, was made laboratory measurements of harmonic distortion. The results of measurements were compared with specified parameters and in conclusion was determined that specified parameters were fulfilled.
Integer Factorization on the GPU
Podhorský, Jiří ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Homoliak, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with factorization, a decomposition of composite numbers on prime numbers and possibilities of its parallelization. It summarizes also the best known algorithms for factoring and most popular platforms for the implementation of these algorithms on the graphics card. The main part of the thesis deals with the design and implementation of hardware acceleration current fastest algorithm on the graphics card by using the OpenCL framework. Subsequently, the work provides a comparison of speeds accelerated algorithm implemented in this work with other versions of the best known algorithms for factoring, processed serially. In conclusion, the work discussed length of RSA key needed for safe operation without the possibility of breaking in real time interval.
Evalution of Frequency-Admittance Characteristics from Meausured Patch Clamp Data
Podhorský, Jiří ; Kičmerová, Dina (referee) ; Rychtárik, Milan (advisor)
The goal of diploma these is ‘Calculation of frequency-admittance characteristics from measured patchlamps dates’. Calculation is made on the basis of study of mentioned problematic measure ion current cell membrane by patch-clamp method and its using for measure frequency-admittance characteristics. After it selected method of calculation was realized in software calculator Matlab.
