Web Application Penetration Testing Automation

Asynchronous MQTT Client Library for Embedded Devices Running on Drogue-IoT Firmware
Babec, Ondřej ; Lichtner, Ondrej (referee) ; Pluskal, Jan (advisor)

The aim of this work is to create a transparent and intuitive mobile application replacing the classic paper recording of data about bee colonies for beekeepers. Furthermore, to provide the possibility of linking this application to the hive scale for even greater insight into bee colonies. The application is developed on Xamarin platform for Android and iOS. The result of this work is to help beekeepers to work with bees, store their data in a database and enable them to work with them on different devices. Provide the beekeeper with an upto-date overview of their apiaries, colonies and hives, as well as statistics from this data.
Room Presence Detection in the Smart Home
Průdek, David ; Letavay, Viliam (referee) ; Pluskal, Jan (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement presence detection sensor which works with home automation. I focused on sensor implementation which needs for activity only available wearable electronics. Sensor placed in room can detect other devices and based on signal intensity it determines his location. For this case I chose Bletooth LE which is used to be implemented in the most of wearable electronics and recently new utilization of BLE was found for indoor navigation. Using this sensor for automation is ensured by system Home Assistant. Main benefit of this project is simply and cheap extend home automation capabilities for person detection in rooms, not only detection in large areas which offers GPS and Wi-Fi systems.
Automatic Transport Protocol Detection in Captured Communication
Lazárek, Zbyněk ; Kmeť, Martin (referee) ; Pluskal, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a library in C#, which will be able to automatically detect transport protocols in a captured network traffic. This library can recognize a transport protocol in tunnel traffic without the knowledge of tunneling protocol. The~thesis describes the unique signatures of TCP / IP protocols on which the automatic detection is based. Furthermore, it is described how the detection works. The conclusion is~subjected to automatic detection tests, which are designed to review its performance and efficiency.

Network Forensic Analytical Web-Based Platform
Ambrož, Tomáš ; Veselý, Vladimír (referee) ; Pluskal, Jan (advisor)
At present a big part of communication passes off through computer network. Amount of the communication magnifys every year. It has a consequence that claims on computing power raise. The procedure of processsing of the communication for forensic purposes pays off to parallel for the purpose of increase of computing power. Research group NES@FIT created an instrument Netfox Detective in one of its projects. From this instument it is planed to create a distibuted system for the processing of intercepted communication for the purpose of forensic analysis. Interface is one of parts with the help of its the distributed system will be operated. In my theses I will concern with the creation of the web interface for the instument Netfox Detective which is a desktop application presently. Web interface use, after little modifications, for paralleled version of application. Web interface will mediate the same informations as the desktop version. For the obtaining of informations for forensic analysis it will use framework Netfox Framework identically as the desktop version. Advantage of web interface compared to the desktop version is that user who approach to web interface need device with web browser. It means that user can work whichever operation system.
