The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is elaboration of the project documentation of an apartment building in Brno – Medlánky. The building is designed as free-standing in a sloping terrain and has 4 floors above and 1 underground. There are a total of 18 dwelling units. The structure in underground floor is designed as combination of reinforced conrete walls and columns, the structure of floors above is designed as masonry sytem of walls from brick blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure is in a form of warm flat green roof. The foundation structures are designed as reinforced concrete strips and pads.
Low Energy Terraced Houses, Okrisky

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design low energy terraced houses in Okříšky (Vysočina region), building permission desing documentation. New building is located in cadastre unit Okříšky. The houses are two storey without a basement. The left part of house has a garage and is L-shaped. The right part is rectangle shape. The structural system of the building is consists of sand-lime bricks with thermal insulation. The floors consists of reinforced concrete slabs with suspended gypsum board ceiling where HVAC can be installed. Roof is designed as flat floor and made of plasticized PVC with roof drainage on the fasade.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of detached house, which is located in the cadastre unit of the town Veľký Lapáš. It is a two-storey detached house on a slope, with a garage, a balcony on the second floor and a terrace on the first floor. The building is designed for a family of four. The structural system consists of a Porotherm masonry system. The horizontal structural system is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The bachelor´s thesis is processed in the form of project documentation according to valid legal and technical regulations.

The diploma thesis deals with the study of runoff torrential rain on the green roofing. This work is focused the problematics of runoff for various constructions of flat and green roofing. The results were evaluated according to the standard ČSN 75 67 60 - Internal sewerage and the German standart for green roofing FLL.
House in Malenovice

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and to develop an elaboration of documentation for the construction of the house on a slope. The family house is located in a quiet part of the village Malenovice. It is designed as a separate two sotrey buildings. One of them is above ground and the other one is on the ground floor and underground. The main entrance to the house is from the ground floor. The main residential part of the house is in the above ground floor with an access to the terrace. The main supporting part of the ground floor is formed by concrete bricks of lost formwork and the above ground floor is formed by lime-sand bricks Ytong. The ceiling constructions and the staircase are designed as reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a roof made of wooden trusses.

The content of this bachelot thesis is the design of a new family house in village Kašnice. The new building has 1 above-ground floor and a partial basement. The construction is based on strip foundation. The vertical supporting structures in the patrial basement are designed from concrete formwork and the rest of vertical supporting are designed from ceramic masonry. The floor is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is warm flat with vegetation layer.

The building is located in the cadastral area of the village Zborovice [791679]. It is a corner plot with parcel number 1035 and an area of 1764 square meters. Apartment building is designed as stand-alone house with three floors, basement and with gable roof. It contains eight housing units, form which one is for person with reduced mobility. The facade of the building is partly designed as a ventilated facade with fiber-cement cladding in color - khaki brown. The rest of the facade is white. Perimeter masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The exterior skin is insulated with basalt mineral wool boards.
APARTMENT BUILDING LÁNICE

This bachelor’s thesis outlines the development of project documentation for a new apartment building named “Lánice”. The apartment is constructed with an underground basement in addition to three above-ground floors containing a total of 9 residential units featuring several different layouts. The apartment building’s foundations are made up of plain concrete foundations strips. The ground floor’s vertical structural system consists of the “Best” formwork, while the aboveground floors make use of “Porotherm” cut brick blocks. All horizontal structures are monolithic and made with reinforced concrete. The ETICS contact insulation system is used to insulate the building. A flat, single-layer roof is used on this apartment building.
House in Horní Věstonice

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is elaborating specific parts of project documents for building detached house in Horní Věstonice. The thesis focuses on a deck object with a flat roof, more specifically with an extensive green roof. The construction system is from cut ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling construction is from monolithic ferroconcrete structures. In the first ground floor is situated quiet zone, where we can for instance find a bedroom, 2 children’s rooms, 2 separated bathrooms with WC, spacious hallway and a staircase, which is leading to underground floor. This floor is mainly cosidered as a lounge. There is open space with conjoined kitchen and also there is office room. The position of detached house give us a view to nearby reservoir.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of a three-storey apartment building in Prostějov. The house has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a technical backgroung, storage cubicles, drying room, meeting room, stocks, workroom and bicycle storages. On the first floor there is a room for strollers, a cleaning room and four residential units. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden access. On the other floors there is a drying room and four residential units. Each apartment has its own balcony. On the third floor there is an exit to the roof. Perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry in the upper floors are made of ceramic blocks. In the basement, the load-bearing perimeter masonry consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork filled with concrete. The internal load-bearing masonry in the basement consists of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as composite ceramic-concrete ceilings made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. Balcony structures are formed using ISO beams. The roof structure is designed as a flat, single skin roof. The apartment building is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.
