Protection of Overhead Lines Against Climatic Factors
Petr, Pavel ; Novotný, Jan (referee) ; Orságová, Jaroslava (advisor)
Overhead power lines are devices on the transmission of electrical energy, which must resist the mechanical and electrical strain. The criterion for correct suggestion of overhead lines is the control of the limit level loads. This thesis aims to discuss the weather influences acting on the wires overhead. The first part focuses on the distribution of climatic factors influencing the wires overhead wires and calculations of strain for different weather factors. The second part is then focused on the protection of overhead against the negative effects caused by wind and icing. This thesis therefore deals primarily with the wals of de-icing of conductor overheads and with the calculations needed for the heating of wires. There are presented calculation procedures for determining basking current on de-icing from the conductors.
The new right to the surface
Petr, Pavel ; Hendrychová, Michaela (referee) ; Thöndel, Alexandr (referee)
The new right to surface Abstract The superficiary right of building is a legal concept on the boundary between ownership right and rights in rem in things of others, and should be approached as such. If we compare the relationship between the builder and the owner of the land before and after the end of 2013, that is, if we compare the two opposing principles of superficies non solo cedit and superficies solo cedit, we can clearly see the primacy of the latter approach to land ownership. The scholastic debate about the stage at which building becomes a thing in a legal sense is irrelevant, because from the beginning it is either part of the land, or part of the superficiary right of building conceived here as an immovable thing. It simplifies the modus vivendi between the owner of the building and the builder (there is no need to regulate the mutual relationship using obligation methods, or less stable in rem concepts that govern the possibility of building on the land of another).

Macroeconomic fundamental analysis of Europe, Asia and America with accent on banking sector
Petr, Pavel ; Veselá, Jitka (advisor) ; Sadílek, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of the thesis is analysing and evaluating the situation in each region through macroeconomical factors. First chapter is focused on Europe. The most interesting part of this chapter is the fiscal policy. Second chapter provides insight to fascinating Asia and its huge rise in recent past. Third chapter provides analysis of development of interesting economical values in America. Last fourth chapter includes econometrical analysis of relationships between time series of macroeconomical values and stock prices of representative bank shares from all regions enriched by equations for forecasting of future stock prices.
Fundamental analysis of Erste Bank shares listed on the Prague Stock Exchange
Petr, Pavel ; Veselá, Jitka (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is an attempt by the methods of fundamental analysis to evaluate all the relevant factors that are relevant in the process of evaluation shares. The aim of this work is to prepare investment recommendations on the shares of Erste Bank. The first chapter is the theoretical background of all the analytical methods used in the stock market. In particular, technical analysis, efficient markets theory, psychological analysis and fundamental analysis. The second chapter is devoted to the global analysis. Global analysis is supplemented by regression analysis of each of evaluated factors. Another chapter deals with the sectoral analysis as insight into the banking sector in the Czech Republic, partly in Central Europe. The fourth chapter contains its own internal calculation of value shares, compared with the current rate of investment and the resulting recommendations.
