Home care of seniors suffering from diagnosed Alzheimer's Disease

This is my bachelor's thesis. I try to look into the issue of home care for family members diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. My target is to bring the risks and difficulty of this care. I also want to support families that have decided to give their family members a personal, full and proper, care. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused to the history, theoretical knowledge, diagnosis and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. After that attention is directed to the demands, specifics and problems of home care for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. In the practical part of this thesis are presented case studies. In conclusion evaluates how to achieve the objectives of the research and the research question.

Information retrieval in professional databases with regard to to practices at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague

Rigorózní práce analyzuje situaci ohledně využívání oborových databází na České zemědělské univerzitě a vychází při tom z všeobecných teoretických poznatků o problematice vyhledávání informací v databázích. První oddíl teoretické části rigorózní práce pojednává o informacích v elektronickém prostředí obecně - seznamuje se základními pojmy. Druhý oddíl teoretické části rigorózní práce je věnován teoretické analýze rešeršního procesu v bibliografické databázi. Praktická část rigorózní práce zahrnuje soubor příkladů rešerší v databázích z praxe na České zemědělské univerzitě, analýzu možností rešeršní činnosti v oborových bibliografických databázích Biological Abstracts a CAB Abstracts z hlediska rešeršéra podle předem stanovených kritérií a dotazníkové šetření míry využívání oborových databází uživateli. V závěru rigorózní práce jsou na základě získaných výsledků formulována konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšování služeb uživatelům na České zemědělské univerzitě.

Space management of a retail unit

This bachelor thesis deals with the space management. It also describes the category management, its parts, benefits and barriers. It is stated shortly something about merchandising, especially about his tactics or the placing of goods on the shelves. An important component plays an atmosphere of shopping. You will learn how to operate the customer not only music or smell, but also the colors and lighting. There is also a frequently used presentation techniques that lead to alert the customer to the product and follow purchase of the product. To find there are also factors that can influence customers both a positive and also negative impression. One chapter is devoted to purchasing behavior of consumers for which it is very important to know the shopping and consumption behavior of customers. The practical part focuses on the customer satisfaction with the arrangements of selling space. It is also focused at the satisfaction of ordering goods on the shelves, frequency of purchase, and last but not least, the factors that most influence the customers to buy.

Eating disorders in population and their occurrence at elementary school.

In my disertation I have targeted the problems with the food intake. My disertation has two main parts. first is the literature search. Here I explain notions as: disorder and problems with food intake bulimia and the syndrom of spasm overeating. I have sketched problems of pacients and possibilities of healing these ilnesses. In the sekond, practical part, I have been finding out how the awareness about the problems with food intake among the pupils in the 6th and 9th grade in the primary school, if these pupils know or have already met someone with these problems and if there is a possibility of appearance of getting the problems with food intake. For finding out needed datas I have used questionare methods. Finally I have analyzed datas it by using charts and graphs.

Regional development and the territorial protection of rural architecture complexis in villages in České Budějovice district II. part.

The aim of this diploma work was to find out in what extent the monumental protection of rural monument preserves and zones affect the country development. Whether this monumental protection brings benefits for the municipality or not and how the citizens of selected villages perceive this monumental protection. Other aim of the research was to find out the rate of co-operation between the authorized municipal authority, monumental authority and the Regional authority in České Budějovice. The research was carried out in rural monumental preserves and zones in the region of České Budějovice {--} II part, specifically on rural monumental preserve (Holašovice) and eight rural monumental zones (Bavorovice, Božejov, Břehov, Dobčice, Kojákovice, Lipanovice, Opatovice, Rožnov).
