Financial analysis of Mias OC spol. s r. o. (Ltd.)

The aim of this bachelor thesis is complex evaluation of financial situation and financial health of the company Mias OC spol. s r. o. (Ltd.) in years 2011 and 2015. This company mainly produces office furniture. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical aspects of used methods of financial analysis. The variety of techniques and methods that are used in this thesis is described. Those methods are used in practical part of this thesis, where available annual reports and statements are analysed. Methods are: absolute ratios, financial ratios, capital asset pricing model, DuPont analysis, Altman index, Beerman function, Index IN05, Kralick Quick test and comparison with the competition. The final evaluation focuses on improvements that could be suggested from the point of view of external observer.
