Brand management of chosen brand

The master thesis analyzes the brand Maybelline New York. Maybelline belongs to the mass market division of the multinational cosmetics company L'Oréal. It offers products of colour cosmetics in four main segments: eyes, face, lips and nails. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical and it is actually the basis for next sections. The second part introduces the brand Maybelline, describes its identity, position on the Czech market, competition and marketing mix. There is also mentioned the new sub-brand MNY. The last part is dedicated to the research of secondary and primary data, interpretation of its results and suggestions for improvement.
Entrepreneurial environment, business specifics and cultural dissimilarities of Turkey as a new potential member of EU

This bachelor thesis deals with Turkey, which is these days considered as a new potential member of EU. The main goal of my thesis is to analyze turkish entrepreneurial and business environment. There are not mentioned only basic information about the country but also practical and operative advices about setting up and running a business in Turkey or threats and opportunities which this country offers. There are recorded also the personal experiences of two czech companies, which have been doing business with Turks for couple of years.
The current status of fulfillment of the Copenhagen criteria by TurkeyT

The paper gives a picture of Turkey`s readiness for the membership in the EU. The Copenhagen criteria serve as a base for illustration of the status quo of Turkey`s preparation process. As Turkey`s negotiation process has already last for several decades, the first part of the thesis briefly describes the development of relations between EU and Turkey. The second part concentrates on the Copenhagen criteria and explains its origins as well as its content. Finally, the last part of thesis examinates to what extent Turkey fulfills the given areas of political and economic Copenhagen criteria. The focus was given on the most problematic areas as the main aim was to explain the origins of these problems and consequent obstacles Turkey has to tackle.
