Semotán, Pavel ; Pavelka, Radim (advisor) ; Stich, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Effect of training on the development condition in Allkampf-jitsu. Objectives: The main objective is to design and evaluate a training program teaching selected techniques in Allkampf-jitsu, which would have a selected group for a period of time to increase the level of physical fitness. Methods: The experiment was carried out by direct and participant observation of two test groups (each group consisted of approximately 15 subjects studied). It was used method of testing and measurement. In this work it was found using the test method level motor ability and motor skills. To determine the physical fitness tests were used selected from the test battery SPFT (Specific Physical Fitness Test). Results: The aim of this work was to design and evaluate a training program for advanced in Allkampf-jitsu, which should at selected experimental group for a period of time to increase physical fitness. The level of physical fitness is verified using the test battery SPFT. For statistically significant (significant) result was considered such a result, when the p value was less than 0.05 (5% probability). For the statistical evaluation, we used paired t-test for dependent data. From the final results showed that the proposed training program is effective in developing high-speed capability. The...

Ječmínek, Jan ; Coufalová, Klára (advisor) ; Pavelka, Radim (referee)
Title:
Comparsion of the blood lactate level of an elite judokas during training and competition loads Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the lactate level of an elite judokas during training and competition loads and to identify potential relationships with other entering variabilities. Methods: The chosen method was empirical, ie collecting data from its own research and statistical representation of the data and linked to the context with other studies. Results: It was found that lactate levels during competition load increases dramatically over training load and pulse rate has no statistical significance as an indicator of the accumulation of lactate. Title: Comparison of semi-contact and full-contact kickboxing disciplines in terms of general endurance and action speed. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to compare contestants of both disciplines and determine whether there are any differences of speed or endurance nature. The second objective is to create a suitable test battery which is valid for determining special action speed and endurance. Methods: This thesis is of empirical and theoretical nature. The thesis is supported by analyses from specialized literature in the fields of general sport preparation and training martial sports materials, data collection, statistical method of ANOVA. Results: The thesis results show that there are indeed differences in the prepairedness of the contestants from both disciplines, above all in the endurance. Title: Acute effect of a warm-up on the force of a punch Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to test whether a warm-up before a performance affects the force of a punch at a sample participants practicing full-contact combat sports. Further goal is to analyze a change in the force of a punch depending on elapsed time after warming up. Methods: Each participant in this experimental study with intra-subject design went through all phases of the measurement, where the force of a punch was tested in four specified times (before a warm-up and then 4, 10 and 25 minutes after the warm-up). Results: No statistically significant effect of a warm-up on the force of a punch was observed, nor was there a statistically significant change in the force of a punch during the time following a warm-up. However, a warm-up did have a significant effect on change in heart rate and body temperature. Keywords: Combat sports, performance, fight, dynamic stretching, explosive power, punch sensor
