Evaluation of Marketing Communication

The paper focuses on the issues of the marketing communication. The main goal of the paper is to suggest recommandation for the improvement of the marketing communication of the company Cajova kvetina s.r.o. (Ltd) with a focus on Matcha Tea product. The theory part delimits the terms marketing, marketing mix and the marketing communication. Later there is the preparation of the effective marketing communication defined. The practical part analyses the marketing mix with a focus on marketing communication of Matcha Tea product followed by a survay research in the form of personal questioning. The result shows that 37 per cent of the respondents are aware of the existence of Matcha Tea product, 81 per cent of them has already tried it, and 87 per cent of those are satisfied. In the conclusion part there is an evaluation of the returnability of the discount coupons that received all the respondents after filling in the questionaire. The 15% discount coupon for one packaging of Matcha Tea + shaker is used by 29% ofrespondents. Based on the questionaire research it is suggested and recommanded to improve marketing communication for Matcha Tea product. The primary goal of the suggestion is the increase of the Matcha Tea sales by 10% during the following six months and the secondary goal is the increased visibility on the market. In order to reach these goals, the following models of marketing communication were chosen: personal selling, sales promotion, word-of-mouth marketing, interactive marketing and advertising.
Evaluation of managers' work in company

The Disertation target is to analyze ČS lower degree manager´s skills, role and functions in subsegment Mass market designated for private clients. This work talks about basic theoretical concepts as manager, it´s roles and functions which used to be required. Firstly, based on theoretical studies, above mentioned concepts and it´s characters were described related to bank sector conditions. It´s focused to define basic manager´s functions and roles, like planning, organising, human resources, leadership and control. In the practical part empiric survey was realised and it´s results were presented using graphs and charts together with recommended changes leading to improve current situation in the company.

The main target of this thesis is the formulation of alternatives business strategy of a company Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna. The theoretical part of thesis is processed throught a literature review on the chosen topic. In the practical part of thesis there are used analyzes of internal and external enviroment. At the end of the thesis is mentioned synthesis of all gained findings and in simplification SWOT matrix are deduce possible alternatives of business strategy. Companies are advised to focus more on the weaknesses through using strenghts and opporunities of the comapany.
Business Strategy Formulation

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the inner and outer environment of a given company and to formulate a concrete strategy using the methods of strategic management. In the theoretical part of the thesis the most important terms of strategic management are presented. In the practical part of the thesis a situation analysis is done, using the stakeholder analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, analysis of strategy maps, identification of sources and competencies and analysis of competitiveness. Synthesis of the partial outcomes of the different analyses is provided by SWOT analysis. The chosen organization has been found to be weakly competitive. After taking into consideration the positive development of the czech economy and other opportunities from the outer environment it is recommended to enlarge the spectrum of available services and to eliminate the other organization's weaknesses. Also the individual strategic goals and other recommendations are outlined. The formulated strategy is a development of the existing products in the current market.
Evaluation of managers functions

This thesis deals with the evaluation of managers functions in the company KARSIT Holding, s. r. o. Theoretical bases constitute of reference books research, which includes the concepts of management, manager, managers roles and managers functions. Distribution of managers functions is based on the concept of authors Harold Koontz and Heinz Weihrich relating to planning, organizing, human resources, leadership and control. The practical part focuses on monitoring managers of middle management and their time planning individual functions and activities. Observations were made with the project manager and manager of purchasing and logistics. In the form were recorded the same and different activities within each managers functions. The result was that the project manager spent the most time on planning on the contrary the manager of purchasing and logistics focuses the most on organizing. Primary data were obtained based on the survey to subordinates and individual interviews with managers. The questionnaires and the interviews were compiled from questions relating to the managers functions and company KARSIT Holding, s. r. o. An important finding in the company is a lack of motivation for the employees and so is that the company doesnt use information system. Based on the evaluation results were suggested improvements. The main improvement for the company is assembling incentive program that was consulted with a HR agency based in Pardubice region. The second substantial improvement is proposal of developing a information system.
Using external sources in process of employees recruitment

At the beginning of the theoretical part, the diploma thesis deals with the concept of the human resources. In subsequent chapters characterize the progress of recruitment, together with internal and external sources of the workers, followed by the principle of selection of employees and the most common methods. The practical part consists of an analysis of current advertising options, complemented by questionnaires and verification of hypothesis. The goal of the thesis is to determine the current state of the use of social networks for recruitment and resolve whether they are able to replace the use of job portals. In terms of verification of the hypothesis was confirmed that there is no difference between recruiters who use social networks every day in personal life and those who use them several times a month. There was also confirmed that there was a statistically significant difference in the use of social networking HR aged 18-34 years and 35-54 years. The latest statistics confirmed the hypothesis that there is no difference in use of social networking for recruiters in large and small companies.
Business Strategy Formulation

The thesis is focused on formulation a draft strategy of a company; the chosen company is named PRAGOTRADE Ltd., which conducts business in the field of recycling of constructional and demolition waste. The first part of the thesis is made of theoretical outputs, as basics for strategy creation, stemming from expert publications. Practical part starts with presenting the company and the type of its business. For evaluation of current condition was used strategy analysis, external and internal environment were examined separately. Evaluation of findings is summed up in matrix IE, from which are generated possible alternatives. Optimal company strategy was chosen by using decision-making method, which is related to the previous results. Final output from used methods is recommended for implementation with possible draft of feasibility and defence of workability.
Evaluation of managers functions

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate various managerial positions in selected executives working in different management levels (a line, middle and senior manager) at Stock Božkov Ltd. The theoretical part focuses on terms of management, the manager, styles and roles of managerial work. The following is a key part of the literature review and characterization of sequential and parallel managerial functions. The practical part focuses on the actual survey, which was conducted by observing the daily work of selected managers and a personal interview with each of them. In the end, the work compares ten defined theoretical assumptions from literature the identified practical results. It was found that five theoretical assumptions (no. 1, 4, 7, 8 and 10) was confirmed in practice, and five (no. 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9) was not confirmed. Furthermore, the results indicate that the proportion of managerial functions and activities performed within these functions depends on the level of management. Finally, the proposed recommendations executives selected one that would contribute to improving utilization managerial functions designed for different types of executives. Line leaders were advised to delegate more tasks to the department shift supervisor, head of middle management was advised to focus on department performance and its completing and work more with subordinates and senior managers was raised in support of his decision to find qualified and competent people to key positions of line managers, which are suppressed due to its functions and duties.
