Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Municipality

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the economy of the Municipality of Kunžak between 2011 and 2015. The theoretical part gives an overview of the basic concepts involved, while the analytical part first introduces the municipality and then analyses its revenues and expenditures. An SWOT analysis was performed as well. Based on the obtained data, the thesis proceeds to suggest measures to improve the municipality’s economy in the future.

Problematical issues of of ecology education at lower-secondary level from the teachers' point of view

The aim of the Master´s thesis is to identify the problem areas of the eco-logy curriculum at lower secondary level and to create educational activities that would help to better manage these issues. The theoretical part summarizes the situation of the ecology curriculum within biology as a school subject at lower secondary schools. In the practical part of the thesis a questionnaire survey was conducted among biology teachers in order to identify problematic issues of eco-logy and then an interview was conducted with selected participants in the que-stionnaire survey. Teaching materials have been created for those problem areas of the ecology curriculum.

An educational program aimed at value of postindustrial sites from the view of conservation biology

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and test an educational program that focuses on the importance of natural communities in post-industrial habitats. Post-industrial habitats due to a disturbance of the original landscape represent a specific environment with the potential for occurrence of often valuable and endangered communities. In the theoretical part there are summarized findings on mining disturbed zones with the occurrence of valuable species in terms of nature conservation. The practical part contains a draft of the educational program for sixth and seventh-grade pupils of the second level of primary schools. The thesis includes teaching materials and instructions for lecturers needed to implement the educational program. By completing the program, the participants gained fundamental information about the importance of post-industrial habitats in today's landscape as an area with often valuable nature.

Ethics in Business (Corporate Ethics GE Money)

Prepared by: Hana Kuchaříková Title of thesis: Business Ethics The subtitle of the thesis: Corporate ethics of GE Money, Inc. Objective: To characterize GE Money Bank, as to become familiar with its code of ethics. Then describe the behavior of employees of this company and find out how to comply with the rules of ethical behavior in practice. And compared with the ethical behavior of employees outside the banking sector. For comparison, IBM has been selected. Results: In this thesis it was found that neither company has a well developed code of ethics is unable to fulfill its essence in practice. Although employees are thoroughly trained, many do not comply with rules established by this Code. It was found many cases where there are violations and then suggested measures that could lead to at least partial removal. In comparison with IBM, it was found that the state of corporate ethics at both companies is very similar

Liability of Supervisory Board

This thesis deals with civil liability of the Supervisory Board and its members for breaching his duties. Emphasis is placed on responsibility and legal relationship, whose content is obligation to pay damages, between Supervisory Board and its member and business companies (in the new terminology "business corporation"). This thesis is dealing at first with the legal anchoring of the Supervisory Board as such, the creation and termination of the Supervisory Board and the definition of its living space not only in the relation to corporation, but also to individual shareholders, General Assembly and of course to the Board - including their mutual rights and responsibilities. Thesis is crossed by author's intention to evaluate the active legislation, whose legislative life is coming to an end, and on the basis of that to comment upcoming legislation that at least brings a fresh wind to the corporate life. Shortly is discussed upon by the factual impossibility to prosecute members of the Supervisory Board for crimes associated with their performance.

Graduation theses define a discrimination in labour relations with a view to the diskrimination in approach to employment and to various types molestations (mobbing, bossing and stalking). Graduation theses define also the loom of legitimate subserviences fight against diskrimination upon acceptance the antidiskrimination act. The final theses might be a specific manual, how to act in defence against different diskrimination practices.

My bachelor thesis deals with intellectual property. Work is more focused on issues of trade marks, for what reason are trademarks rise, how are the methods of appreciation trademarks, and how tjey have a significant share in the intellectual property in our country and the world. Then explain function of the Industrial Property Office, which has a very important role in intellectual property. They also described some of the disputes relating to the protection of marks.
