Commercial establishment as an object of legal relationship (purchase of commercial establishment and usufructuary lease of commercial establishment) The topic of this thesis is "Commercial establishment as an object of legal relationship (purchase of commercial establishment and usufructuary lease of commercial establishment)". From the title it is obvious that commercial establishment is an object of legal relationship but not a subject of legal relationship which is a considerable part of its understanding. With the acceptance of the Czech Civil Code a lot of changes came to this institute, including name change. This is the reason why it was necessary to conceive this matter complexly, from the basic term to specifics of particular legal relationships. The first part of this thesis is focussed on a basic term of commercial establishment and its circumscription in the Czech Civil Code, where it is understood as a set of asset and also as an agent for entrepreneurial activities. This part analyses particular kinds of commercial establishment and also branch of another parts of commercial establishment. The aim of my bachelors thesis was to evaluate the issue of maritime shipping in terms of the transportation of liquid a gaseous cargo. Thesis is focused on design solutions for cargo space of tanker ships and contains the construction solution for oil tanker, product tanker, chemical tanker, LNG carrier and LPG carrier tanks. Furthermore, the thesis describes the structural design of the hull, focusing on the bow of the ship and its importance to the characteristics of the movement of the ship and its cargo. The thesis also deals with the possibility of using transported cargo as fuel in terms of both fuel economy and environmental impact.

The subject of this thesis is the documentation for construction of kindergarten in Pacov. The building is designed like two-storey wall system from ceramic hollow blocks and ceiling construction is of prestressed ceiling panels. There are four departments, each for 20 children, social hall, kitchen, technical and administrative facilities. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The building is equipped with ventilated facade from colored aluminum fins. To ensure a healthy environment is designed mechanical ventilation.

Semi-detached house

The Bachelor thesis topic is semi-detached house. The building is designed as a two-storey, without a basement. The roof is solved as double-shell flat. The entrance is on the north side. On the ground floor is a vestibule, where there is access to the utility room, toilet and living area, which consists of a living room, kitchen with dining room from which is exit to the terrace. Staircase to the second floor is in the living room. On the second floor they are accessible from the central hall of these rooms: a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, two children's bedrooms, lumber-room and dressing room. It is a brick building from ceramic fittings with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The roof is made of asphalt strips.

Analýza korupce v České republice

Cílem práce je zmapovat případy korupce v ČR a navrhnout různé možnosti vyhodnocení a stanovení prognóz do budoucna. Práce postupně zanalyzovala a popsala stav a vývoj korupce v ČR. Jak začátky korupce a její vývoj v čase, tak i popis jednotlivých složek korupce. Dále je v práci popsán způsob boje proti korupci a porovnání stavu v ČR a ve světě.Dále byly navrhnuty 3 základní analýzy korupce a jejich aplikace.Jedná se o statistickou analýzu, geografickou analýzu a analýzu za pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

Tématika Public Private Partnership (PPP) se v poslední době stává stále více medializovaným tématem také v České republice. V neposlední řadě tomu přispělo i schválení nového koncesního zákona v roce 2006. Vzhledem k novosti této tématiky v České republice je úkolem této diplomové práce vytvořit kompaktní celek, jež zahrnuje právní, politické a ekonomické aspekty PPP s důrazem na Českou republiku.
