Social problems of city Most from perspective of its young population

This Thesis deals with the social problems of city Most and how they are perceived and evaluated by its young population. Under influence of historical events the city has a very specific composition of the population and it has long been faced with many problems that are inherently social, economic, environmental and other. The Thesis presents the view of pupils and students of Most's schools on these problems and it analyzes which problems students consider as urgency, how they evaluate the living conditions in Most and what is their relationship to the city. The Thesis is supported by own SAQ survey conducted on a sample of approximately 600 students from different types of schools that provides answers to most of the research questions. Given that the Romany question intensively rezonates between young denizens of Most, the survey has been extended to gypsies living in one of Most's Romany localities - well-known settlement Chanov. This enabled the comparison of respondents' opinions (mostly from the rank of the majority) with views of young gypsies. Mining limits and their effect on labour market in the region of Most

This Bachelor Thesis is about the mining limits for brown coal mining at the region of Most and problems that could arise if there was a decrease in mining in the region. Although the issue is discussed more and more often, it cannot be considered as solved. This work should serve as deeper insight into the problem and it is primarily trying to answer the questions about potential social issues that are connected with the mining and its possible ending. One of core parts is an analysis of subjects at institutional level. Its purpose is an evaluation of solutions that were suggested by participating subjects.
Evaluation of revitalization in urbanized landscape in relation to landscape character.

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of revitalization in urbanized landscape in relation to landscape character. Specifically to assess the landscape character before the overall revitalization and subsequent evaluate the changes in landscape character after revitalization. For this thesis was selected the natural-landscape park of Vlašim, like a urbanized landscape area. The landscape character was evaluated individually by the natural, cultural and historic characteristics. In this work have also been summarized and described individually stages of revitalization projects and then reassessed individual characteristics of landscape character again. The work premised on a careful exploration of landscape, get the necessary materials and processed some graphic shapes in programme ArcGIS. The final aim was to suggest principles for implementation of revitalization in terms of increasing the value of the landscape character.
