Teaching staff burnout syndrome in secondary schools of education"
Oubrechtová, Veronika ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Pelcová, Naděžda (referee)
The work deals with the issue of burnout syndrome among teachers at secondary pedagogical schools. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the burnout syndrome according to various authors, the symptoms of the burnout syndrome and the description of the groups that may be affected by the burnout syndrome. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, the problem of stress and the description of the struggle with it are reflected. Emphasis is placed on assertiveness as a method of combating stress. Supervision and mental hygiene are further reflected in the thesis as methods of preventing the occurrence of burnout syndrome. The pilot part of the practical part is qualitative research. (semi-structured interviews with teachers at secondary pedagogical schools). The sample consists of 16 teachers from four secondary pedagogical schools from Prague and Central Bohemia. The goal of the research is to find out whether teachers of specialized or general education subjects are more prone to burnout and to map the most common methods of preventing burnout and the most common methods of applying mental hygiene to these teachers. Grounded theory was used as a method of evaluating the results of qualitative research. The results indicated that...
Land cover classfication using artificial neural networks
Oubrechtová, Veronika ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Kupková, Lucie (referee)
Land cover classification using artificial neural networks Abstract This Diploma thesis deals with automatic classification of the satellite high spatial resolution image in the field of land cover. The first half of the work contains the theoretical information about remote sensing and classification methods. The biggest attention is given to the artificial neural networks. In practical part of Diploma thesis are these methods used for the classification of SPOT satellite image. Keywords: remote sensing, image classification, artificial neural networks, SPOT
Monitoring of agricultural land by using the satellite high temporal resolution data in Czechia
Oubrechtová, Veronika ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Jedlička, Jan (referee)
Monitoring of agricultural land by using the satellite high temporal resolution data in Czechia Abstract This Bachelor thesis deals with the usage of the satellite high temporal resolution data in the field of agriculture. Our faculty gains these satellite data from satellite ENVISAT, concretely from spectometer MERIS. The first half of the work contains the theoretical elaboration of remote sensing and electromagnetic radiation and its interaction with land surface. The spectral reflectance of agricultural land and the vegetation index are analyzed in the second part of the work. Keywords: remote sensing, spectral reflectance, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, MERIS
