Souhrada, Zdeněk ; Novotný, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Ondřej, Ondřej (referee)
This bachelor work concerns with the urbanistic conception of the spatial plan of the municipality of Bechyně and its applicable amendments. In a nutshell it introduces the tools of spatial planning, the issue of sustainable development and the issue of shrinking cities. It analyses the territory of the case study and derives conclusions from the available data. The main emphasis of this bachelor thesis is on analysis of the urbanistic conception of the municipality of Bechyně and evaluation of realization of its proposals. Based on both the above mentioned analyses, it concludes that the valid urbanistic conception is based on false assumtions of growth potential of the community. This inevitably leads to disputable scale, function and distribution of land assigned for new development.

Development of Unemployment in the Czech Republic
Marková, Tereza ; Steininger, Michal (advisor) ; Ondřej, Ondřej (referee)
The aim of the paper is to analyze the development and structure of unemployment in the Czech Republic over the last 10 years. An operational objective is to explain the concept of unemployment, reasons for its creation, consequences and social impact. The main objective is to study the situation in the Czech Republic between 2005 - 2014 and choose the region with the highest and the lowest rate of unemployment. The paper then deals with these two regions and according to the data from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs compares their general level of unemployment and its structure in terms of gender, age, education and the demand and supply of jobs. The region with the lowest unemployment is the capital city of Prague and the highest unemployment region is the region of Usti. In the monitored period, both regions had the lowest overall unemployment rate in 2008, just before the economic crisis. After this year the situation in the Czech Republic deteriorated, and so unemployment also increased, which is visible in all areas of this research.
Analysis of mortagage credits on the market in the Czech Republic
Muselíková, Klára ; Steininger, Michal (advisor) ; Ondřej, Ondřej (referee)
The thesis deals with analysis of Czech mortgage market. Main goal of thesis is to compare the analysed mortgage products according to the most important criterias, followed by recommendation of the most suitable product in model situations. The theoretical part describes the relevant basic concepts, starting by clarifying the basic concepts around mortgage from applicants profiles up to the very process of mortgage acquiring. The results of questionnaires used in the second part of thesis have determined the criterias which are the most important for applicants while choosing the product and also which criterias are essential for other stakeholders - mortgage providers. The relevant questions from questionnaire were then used to define the model situation. The thesis also analyses the mortgage market in years 2000 - 2015, its development of products, interest rates and its share between providers. Specific banking institutions were chosen for comparison purposes - Hypoteční banka, Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit Bank and Sberbank. From each bank was chosen one product which corresponded to predetermined criterias. The individual products have got their information gathered from banks' pricelists, while individual mortgages were compared using the scoring method of multi-criteria decision analysis. Based on this method, the best product named Hypoteční úvěr Plus by Komerční banka was selected with an average fixed interest rate of 3,6 % p.a., but with very low charges from bank. The best mortgage product within the model situation was Hypotéka na bydlení KLASIK by Raiffeisenbank with fixed interest rate 2,19 % p.a. for 5 years with bank charges 128 832,- CZK at 264 instalments (22 years mortgage).

Nematophagous fungi and their impact against to sugar beet cyst nematod
Střížková, Ivana ; Zouhar, Miloslav (advisor) ; Ondřej, Ondřej (referee)
Plant parasitic nematodes are pests that cause significant economic losses. Due to ineffective chemical protection and its environmental demands, new ways of protection against the aforementioned nematodes are being developed. Nematophagous fungi studied in this thesis seem to be one of the possible ways of biological protection. Their effectiveness, however, is not entirely clear, because the slide culture of the surveyed fungi species (Dactylella oviparasitica, Lecanicillium muscarium Pleurotus ostreatus, Stropharia rugosoannulata, and a mixture of Arthrobotrys oligospora isolates, isolates A. oligospora A5/10 and A10/10, and the Gliorex preparation containing conidia Clonostachys rosea and Trichoderma harzianum) proved as effective organisms in regulating the beet cyst nematode (Heterodera schachtii), as all species showed a statistically significant difference in mortality of the hatched J2 larvae compared to the control variant. The pot experiment, however, showed no statistically significant difference in reducing the number of cysts, and in the species Dactylellaoviparasitica and a mixture of Arthrobotrysoligospora isolates, the number of cysts increased in comparison with the control variant. In practice, this method of protection is not sufficiently reliable, and it is necessary to continue the research before its possible introduction into practice.
Effect of different treatments of corn to increase biomass production
Pokorný, František ; Tomášek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Ondřej, Ondřej (referee)
Maize is one of the most profitable crops in our country. Therefore, new technological processes are implemented and developed at growing maize. Despite the relatively extensive knowledge and experience in growing maize, these technologies are abundant with risks and possible pitfalls. A very important question above all is the one concerning the soil treatment; fertilization and nutrition suitable for maize growing. Thesis deals with proposing an appropriate system of fertilization the maize suitable for silage by all different means of wide fertilization applications, fertilization supplements at the base and at the top with relation to production of silage. During the vegetation, we took measurement of maize plants. Thesis also evaluates the intensity and volume of chlorophyll in leaves of maize that was not treated. The experimental plants of maize were situated on testing field of Research Station, Faculty of Agronomy. Food and Naturall Resources at the Czech Agricultural University in Prague in Červený Újezd (district Prague - West). After the harvest, all variants of maize were examined from the perspective of profit in green state and in the dry state. Within the one-year experiment, we found following results that may help in the planning the basic or supplemental fertilization of silage maize. Therefore, based on the results launched, we present that the wide top use of Zeastim fertilizers in combination with Urea Stabil fertilizer has impact on higher growth of green mass, so it proves higher profit of green and dried mass.
