Handling truck for manipulation of cone with product, load capacity: 1500 kg

The thesis discusses a constructional project of a simple handling truck for an easy taking out of a cone with the product of load capacity of 1500 kg from the line winder and removing it from the line. The aim is to propose a simple construction of the truck including a suggestion of a possible solution of the lift. It deals with its design including processing of important strength construction calculations and lifting parts. There is also a significant part of the work which includes the drawing documentation.
Uderslung sectional manipulator

This diploma thesis deals with a project of the underslung sectional manipulator, which will be used in galvanic plants for material transportation. It deals specifically with the problem of swinging the weight during the main travel. It is also concerned with a design of options on frame gripping between the manipulators and with a design of control of the panel performing a vertical motion on the pillar.

This thesis deals with the creation of optimalization data of rollway frame for transport handling units. Optimalization is performed on the basis of the size of load handling unit and the subsequent deflection of the profile. The solution is carried out analytically and the results are compared with FEM program outputs.

Modular concept of roller conveyor system

This diploma thesis is dealing with the modular project of a roller conveyer track for transport of europallets with the loading limit of 1200 kg and its use in practise. There are also mentioned possible construction solutions and the actual construction project. It is followed by calculating and modular project of direkt conveyer. Further on, I am dealing with the project of a sliding turntable of cable loops and surfaře covering. In the conclusion, I think out the problems of sensors and a possible operating conveyer.
